Lemon Treeside, Family Fun! Heated Pool DT Gilbert

Lemon Treeside is a destination within your destination.

It is designed to inspire an Arizonian upscale ranch style living while enjoying all the modern amenities. It offers a brand new gourmet kitchen and fully remodeled bathrooms.

Especially designed for family fun, the backyard offers a heated pool (fees apply, operates only if the low temperature is above 50C), a grill, a hammock and a built-in large chess board for the family to enjoy. A tepee nook inside, Roku and board games offers more family fun indoors.

The home is in a safe family neighborhood. It is within an 11 min walk from neighborhood parks w/ play grounds and from the Freestone Recreation Center with Gym, Climbing Wall, Classes, Racquetball, Sauna and Steam. The Freestone District Park has sports fields, Skate park and a gorgeous lake with beautiful sunset or sunrise walks. Downtown Gilbert is 5 min drive w/ many restaurant and a fun night life. Grocery stores and other essentials are only 1-2 miles away.

Great location and property

We were in town for a Spartan race and the property was clean and convenient. Close to everything. Safe neighborhood and great places to walk.

Such a lovely place!

We loved this cozy home! It was super cute and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was beautiful and in a great location! We definitely recommend this lovely home for your next stay!!

Wonderful home!

We absolutely loved our 3 week stay. The house is spacious, well-decorated with comfortable living room furniture and great beds. The kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking. Heather was a great host - extremely responsive and helpful. We’re already planning on staying again next year!

Beautiful backyard; Very Comfortable

My family enjoyed our stay at the Lemon Tree. The 3 year old loved the backyard and the hammock. Lots of areas to hang out and catch up with extended family. Would stay here again.

Bright and cheerful

The host took a risk decorating very eclectic but it totally works. The place is upbeat and has a fun feeling. Which when traveling is nice. The host made sure the house was stocked with all necessities and the neighborhood is close to everything. Just a fun place to stay and i would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Don’t recommend unless updated…

I’m so conflicted on this review. My reviews are always 100% honest because they are very important to ME when looking to rent. We rented this home for a month in March and I was disappointed. The fact is, no rentals at this time of year and location are cheap. If they are, buyer beware! But my husband and I spent 11k for the month… My expectations at that price point are VERY high. This place fell WAY SHORT. Here’s the deal: Pro’s: The location is fantastic. Close to downtown and all things Gilbert. Neighborhood safe and very quiet. Beds are very comfy. . The pool is fine minus the guesswork needed trying to heat it. (Display didn’t work) The kitchen was stocked “ok”, not great. Cheap, old coffee pot, one OLD dish towel to use for the whole stay. “Cons” home is in disrepair. The backyard is not as pictured. The roof overhanging the patio is severely drooping with paint chipping all over the yard. It does not appear safe. The outdoor furniture is tired and in disrepair. I bought two lounging chairs for 85. That is unacceptable. In addition, upon entry to the home I had to wash windows with vinegar to be able to see out of them, clean a bath fan full of bugs, and request new towels because the towels were gross. Heather sent 6 hand towels, not bath, a week later. I bought 4 bath sheets for 95. Unacceptable. Screens torn, junk all over the yard… I also found a stash of marijuana in a kitchen cabinet, joints, etc. Nice welcome gift?!

Christmas Vacation

Our family stayed at this beautiful house to visit our grandchildren during the Christmas holiday. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. We loved having access to the walking paths right behind the house and living in a quiet neighborhood. We were too busy to take advantage of the lovely heated pool but it was very clean and lovely. We appreciate the effort that went into making this house a home. Thank you .

Great Location/As Described

Overall our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is as described and the furnishings are nice. The beds are comfortable and the a/c works great. The check in process was extremely easy. The layout of the house is nice. However, given how many people the home accommodates there isn’t a family room where everyone can be together and enjoy each other’s company as there are two separate family rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/pots/utensils. We were in town for close to two weeks for my son’s graduation from ASU. We were close enough to campus and far enough out to be away from all the traffic that accompanies graduation week.

Beautiful home!

We had a school robotics tournament and wanted a place where our team could stay together. This was the perfect place. Everyone had their own place to sleep, the kids loved the pool and hammock! They even played a couple rounds of chess. The only issue I had was that the master bathroom didn't have a curtain. I had to use the bathroom in the dark because I didn't want the students to see me using the toilet when they were outside. Please get a curtain for the bathroom window.

Great stay, great property

We stay at this property for 9 weeks while our house was remodeled. The house was fantastic. Nicely outfitted kitchen. Two living-room areas. Plenty of room for seating indoors and outdoors. Four very comfortable bedrooms, full size laundry and a garage. The backyard was spacious and the pool was a refreshing way to cool off in the Arizona heat. In all, this is a very nice property that I would recommend to anyone with or without kids. Final note, the property owner Heather was amazing. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with!

Great location and fun

I was in town to visit some friends and this place was perfect for the trip. The yard and pool were so enjoyable. We especially loved playing with the giant chessboard outside. The location was also great, there is a bunch of grocery stores a few lights away and being so close to the downtown Gilbert was super convenient. An overall great experience and will definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

My journey here started when I was looking to book a place for a family vacation. Most of what I found are comfortable accommodation but lack a designer’s touch. I wanted to be in a beautiful house that would make me go to that destination just because I wanted to stay there.

So I set out to creates such homes.

I am the designer and contractor for my properties. The homes I created are luxury, fully remodeled with all modern amenities. The interiors are designed to evoke the aesthetic and style of the regional location.

My goal is to make your stay a destination within your destination.

My daughter helps me with management of the properties. Together we aim to make your stay memorable and comfortable.
