Introducing FIRESIDE SUNSET, a lovely 4 BR, 2 BA, one story home in vibrant and family friendly Gilbert. The backyard is an exciting oasis with private, resort amenities. Enjoy a warm splash in the lagoon style pool with optional heat. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F.

Warm up your strokes on the putting green before heading to one of many nearby golf courses. Wine and dine on the covered patio with a gas grill for barbecued treats. Relax in one of several sitting areas and allow the soothing waterfall sounds to lull you into a tranquil mindset. On a cool evening gather with your favorite friends around the fire pit table. All that's missing from our outdoor paradise is YOU!

Our home features a great room with comfortable seating to view the smart TV or on a cool evening enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace. Doors in the great room allow access to the covered patio and pool deck. The kitchen is completely stocked making it easy to prep and serve home cooked meals. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Extend the leaf in the dining table and you have seating for 8 plus counter seating for 3. Highchairs are available to rent. WiFi is complimentary.

~ GOOD NIGHT, SLEEP TIGHT ~
ALL bedrooms have smart TVs and ceiling fans. The primary suite features a king bed, TV, desk with chair, walk-in closet and en suite bath. The en suite bath has both a shower and garden tub plus 2 vanity sinks and enclosed commode.

Bedroom 2 has two queen beds; Bedrooms 3 and 4 have king beds. These bedrooms share Bathroom 2 with an enclosed tub-shower combo and commode plus dual vanity sinks. Centrally located in the bedroom hallway is a desk and chair perfect for your remote work. A hair dryer and soap are supplied. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The laundry room has family size appliances and detergent is stocked. There is an attached garage with parking for one car and driveway spaces for two additional vehicles.

Don't miss the equestrian and multi use trails at Zanjero Park, the museum of natural history or the Arizona Science Center. Hop on our modern highway system to visit Tempe, Mesa, Phoenix and Scottsdale.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does not record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Please disregard misinformation on Vrbo.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.

The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
