Not A fan
This property and bldg… was a bit ghetto and staff barely spoke English! We were only guaranteed one parking space for guests. The valet was always full and so was the garage across the street. No where else to park on property! Had to park .5 mile away and walk over with luggage. No one seemed to care when confronted! AC in unit wasn’t working for at least 24 hours. Couldn’t get anyone to come look at it! When told about they said contact your owner!
In unit there only had one mirror in whole place which was a small one over sink in bathroom! Coffee maker didn’t work and no kitchen towels or oven mits in kitchen .
No additional bedding or pillows for pullout couch! Also only provided one key for entry to unit and bldg.! When you have multiple people staying it’s very inconvenient!
I would say my vacation was stressful and not worth the money to stay here! There was no pool towels at pool or in unit either!
This place needs to get with the program and be more kept up! I was greatly disappointed and came a far distance to celebrate my bday with friends! Like I said it was a stressful and unpleasant stay!!!! Plus owner of this unit would not respond or get back to me about any of these issues! And property front desk all they say is contact owner! No help!!! Ridiculous dont waste your money here!!!!!!
