Suite 35B is a garden-level unit in a quiet cul-de-sac in Lakewood, Colorado, designed for guests navigating life’s transitions. Whether relocating, traveling for medical purposes, or attending an event, this versatile, pet-friendly space is ideal for small groups or families of up to 4.

Situated on a multi-family property with Suite 35A above, it provides privacy with separate entrances and a shared central heating & cooling system.

🐾 A Cat-Friendly Stay! Unlike many hosts who shun cats, we welcome responsible cat owners—though extra care is required to maintain cleanliness. Cats incur a higher pet fee than dogs due to additional cleaning needs, and all pet owners must adhere to our policies to maintain a fresh, comfortable space.

• Pet Fee: $50 per dog for stays up to 14 nights/$100 for stays up 30 nights (prorated if longer)
• Refundable Deposit: $150 per dog (Max 2 dogs)
• Crating: Dogs must be crated if left unattended (crates available).
• Outdoor Supervision: Dogs must never be left alone in the yard.
• Furniture Rules: No dogs on beds/couches unless covered.
• Waste Cleanup: Owners must dispose of pet waste properly (Immediately picked up, bagged and placed in non-recycling trash bins).

🐱 Cats – We Proudly Cater to Cat Owners!
• Higher Pet Fee: Due to additional cleaning needs. $100 per cat for stays up to 14 nights/$200 for stays up 30 nights (prorated if longer)
• Refundable Deposit: $300 per cat for potential damage or odor removal. (Max 2 cats)
• Litter Box Requirement: Guests must provide a litter box & non-tracking litter.
• Furniture & Shedding Cleanup: Guests must vacuum weekly; lint rollers & vacuums provided.
• Scratching Prevention: Guests must bring a scratching post to protect furniture.
• Supervision: Cats should not be left unattended for extended periods.

To ensure a safe, seamless stay, we have a few simple measures in place:

• Rental Screening – Required for guests with no platform history or no positive reviews (for stays over 14 nights).
• Lease Agreement – A lease is required for all stays to ensure clear expectations.
• Refundable Damage Deposit – $150 per stay (Extra $150 - $300 per pet for pet-friendly suites). Refunded promptly after checkout.
• Third-Party Bookings: Accepted only if all staying guests are included in the reservation to ensure clear communication and awareness of house rules.
• No Instant Booking – While we do not offer instant booking, we aim to operate efficiently as such, requiring completion of booking within 24 hours to ensure a seamless experience and avoid the risk of cancellation or decline of the booking request.
• Additional requirements may be needed for guests with no platform history/no reviews such as but not limited to Travel Insurance.

Cute Kenyan art and decor

Clean, roomy and plenty of supplies. WiFi was great and the fruit from apple tree was delish. Anna was very prompt in answering any questions.
