• Third-Party Bookings: Accepted only if all staying guests are included in the reservation to ensure clear communication and awareness of house rules.
• We prioritize hosting experienced guests with platform history and positive reviews to ensure a seamless booking experience. If you're new to the platform, we may not be the best fit.
• No Instant Booking – While we do not offer instant booking, we aim to operate efficiently as such, requiring completion of booking within 24 hours to ensure a seamless experience and avoid the risk of cancellation or decline of the booking request.
