Suite 35A: A Versatile Transitional Housing Solution. Our goal is to offer affordable, Curated Comfort. To ensure this, we follow a selective booking process that prioritizes responsible guests. This helps us maintain exceptional service and property standards for everyone. Suite 35A, with its private sunroom on a peaceful cul-de-sac, combines Kenyan-inspired charm with practical design, creating a welcoming space for short-term stays. Situated on the upper level, above a separate Garden Level Basement suite, Suite 35A provides privacy and independence while sharing a central Heating and Cooling system. Each unit has its own separate entrance and living space. A welcoming space with an authentic Kenyan touch - Designed for simplicity, comfort, and function. You’ll notice that our decor includes rare pieces imported directly from Kenya, along with gently used furniture (excluding mattresses, linens, TVs, and TV stands—all of which are new). The gently used pieces have some visible scratches, which we purposely keep as part of the Kenyan home aesthetic, focusing on humility and functionality rather than hiding imperfections. • Note: Instant Booking is not enabled for this property. To ensure a smooth experience, all booking steps must be completed within 24 hours to avoid cancellation or decline. Property is a very clean 2 bedroom; the kitchen, bath and living areas are big. Easy access to I70, Colfax and 6th ave. Anna is a great host and we will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

House was immaculate! Very clean and had everything we needed for our fairly short stay (3 nights). It was a great 'home base' for getting to Golden (college drop off at Mines) and RMNP. We didn't use all the amenities and barely cooked during our stay. But we enjoyed watching the Olympics on the BIG tv and we also made good use of the washer/dryer as we had bought new sheets for our college-bound kid and it was nice to give them a preliminary wash. Anna was a terrific host!
