Welcome to Magnolia Cove, a spacious 1,800 sq. ft. Smoky Mountain cabin designed for families and groups. This private, two-level retreat comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and offers space to relax, play, and reconnect—just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.

With king bedrooms, queen sleeper sofas, a kids’ game loft, private hot tub, and your own basketball & pickleball court, Magnolia Cove is ideal for memorable family getaways.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our girls (2 & 6) had a blast in the loft and loved the outdoor space. The bedrooms were so comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and overall a great stay to come back to after a full day of activities.

Great location ! Beautiful cabin and community!

My family had an amazing time at smoky cove ! It's such a nice place with everything you need to stay inside but it is also very close to the main strip where all the attractions are ! My kids loved the game room ! We also really enjoyed the hot tub and back yard hammock ! We can't wait to come back and visit !

Enjoyable!

Beautitful cabin with a great location. Convenient to all major amenities. The owner promptly responded to all questions and offered assistance if needed. In the future if we are in the area, we would definitely stay at Magnolia Cove again.

Great Property

This cabin was in the perfect location. Secluded yet a quick drive to everything . The house was exactly like the pictures and extremely clean. Communicating with the owners was easy and they quickly responded . We would definitely stay here again if we return .

Excellent Place to Stay

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this Cabin. We’ve stayed all over the country, and we couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay. It was close to everything. It was clean, and right across from the pool. We had excellent communication with the owners. We will definitely reach out to stay at this property again.

Beautiful getaway

The cabin was beautiful, well maintained and very clean. Hotub and double shower both were amazing. Close enough to visit all the entertainment and eateries, wasn’t even far from the ski resort. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend. Host were so nice and were there to help if needed.

The cabin was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more for the stay. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room and kids enjoyed the games and everything available for them, we would definitely stay here again, I would recommend staying here to anyone. Communication was excellent and all questions were answered.

Absolutely loved this cabin

We absolutely loved this cabin. The location was perfect. Close to shopping and eating out, but also perfect to just buy groceries and stay in. The cabin is beautiful! The owner was fast at getting back to you if you needed anything or just to answer a question about the area. I will be staying here again when I make it to the area

Amazing Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Great Smokies Property!!

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay at this cabin!! Great communication with the owners, it was so close to the Island and all main attractions, very quick drive to Gatlinburg and The Smokies. The hot tub was perfect along with all the amenities offered in the cabin!! We will be back!

Great all around experience!

This property is in a great location to all the fun stuff in Pigeon Forge. The owners were very quick to respond to my call and the cabin is amazing! Would decontamination stay here again!

Nice weekend getaway!

Great place to stay all around. While we did not bring the kids this time, we will next time! Great location! Quick to attractions, grocery stores, and anything else you may need.

Little Tennessee Getaway

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. The cabin was easy to get to and is in a great location - very centralized to many activities, restaurants and stores. The cabin itself was very clean, loved the decor - made us feel so much at home, and had everything we all needed - including pool towels and innertubes, small toiletries, kitchen items, even Keurig pods and sweetener. Having the pool directly across the street was a treat and so convenient for our teenagers. We all loved the hot tub and hammock. Game room was also a hit! So many good things to say - would definitely stay again when looking for a place in area!

Great vacation rental

The owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to all messages. The cabin is in a great location (directly across from the pool). The cabin was fully stocked with everything you needed. We would definitely stay here again.
