1204 Hacienda de Mita is located within the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita Four Seasons resort offering unparalleled service, amenities, and security.

Gorgeous golf course and distant ocean views. Guests have access to our Premier Golf membership which offers two Jack Niklaus luxurious golf courses. Tennis courts, pickleball, and a fitness center with our 6-seater golf cart included to transport you around the resort.

Our concierge service will take care of your every need including dinner reservations, golf tee times, spa treatments, airport transfers, car rentals, excursions, pre-arrival grocery stocking, arranging babysitting services, and more.

Nearly 3600 square feet, the condo has 4 bedrooms (including a bunk room) and 4 1/2 bathrooms beautifully remodeled. Spectacular outdoor living, including pano doors that bring the outside in with a large open kitchen, dining and living area

Loved our stay at Punta Mita #1240. Beautifully appointed residence. Large bedrooms and fabulous kitchen/great room. We dined every morning on the balcony. It was the perfect vacation for our family.

Fabulous Condo in Punta Mita

We spent a wonderful week in this Hacienda de Mita condo. The location is ideal with easy access to town as well as all the beach clubs and tennis. The unit is spacious and lovely, stocked with everything you could need. Our concierge was so helpful and responsive - from sending over water to booking excursions and securing dinner reservations. It was a great trip!

The place is wonderful! Beautiful condo with everything that we needed . We spent the entire days at the beach clubes . Jorge the concierge was very helpful. Ricardo cooked delicious meals to my family . We will definitely want to come back !!!!

Amazing time at Casa Azalea, Punta Mita!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Azalea in Punta Mita, and I have to say both the location and the condo exceeded my expectations. The beach clubs, golfing, tennis, spas, and surfing were all simply amazing. The location was just perfect. The condo itself was stunning, with a big, open design that was clearly professionally decorated. I loved that all bedrooms were ensuite, and the hall bath was an added bonus. The WiFi coverage was excellent, which was important for staying connected during my trip. One of the highlights of our stay was having a full-time cleaner/cook. She was an outstanding cook, and we enjoyed some delicious breakfasts and lunches during our stay. It was such a luxury not to have to worry about cooking or cleaning up. Our concierge, Jorge, was a pleasure to work with and arranged everything for us, from airport transportation to food and drinks from the store, golf rounds, restaurants, spa treatments, and even a boating trip. Everything was easy and stress-free, thanks to Jorge's expert planning. Driving around in the six-seater golf cart was an absolute blast. It was a great way to explore the area and take in the beautiful scenery. Overall, I highly recommend Casa Azalea and the Punta Mita area. It was an unforgettable vacation, and I can't wait to go back again soon.

100% Amazing!

There are so many positives about the property, location, and property management/concierge that it’s hard to know where to begin. Our group of 8 included five teenagers and one senior, and we all highly recommend each aspect of the property. 1. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed. There was housekeeping each day. The kitchen was fantastic; the living space and balcony had plenty of room for all of us; and the rooms were comfortable. 2. The location was perfect. It was a short golf cart ride away from the beach clubs and town. It’s about 5-7 minutes from the Kupuri, Pacifico (4 Seasons), Sufi, and St Regis beach clubs (a little longer to the surf club). It’s also 5 minutes to town. We liked Kupuri best for the beach days and Pacifico for breakfast. It was so fast to get everywhere because the place is so centrally located. 3. Perhaps the best part - Manuel who helped us so much before and during the trip. He was awesome. Extremely responsive. Helped with all reservations. Very easy to text. Checked in to see how things were going. Just an absolute pleasure and made things so easy. Bravo! We look forward to our next trip!!!!

Wow! The Family didn't want to come home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Condo Azalea (unit 1204) in Punta Mita, and I have to say that both the resort and the condo exceeded my expectations. The beach clubs, golfing, tennis, and surfing were all amazing and made for an incredible vacation. The condo itself was beautiful with a big, open design that was clearly professionally decorated. The family appreciated that all bedrooms were ensuite, plus the hall bath. The WiFi coverage was also great across the unit. An unexpected highlight of our stay was having a full-time cleaner/cook. She was an outstanding chef, and we enjoyed some delicious breakfasts and lunches on various days. It was a great luxury to not have to worry about cooking or cleaning up. Plus returning home from vacation with clean clothes was a first! Our concierge, Jorge, was fantastic and arranged everything for us, from airport transportation to food and drinks from the store, golf rounds, restaurants, spa treatments, and even a boating trip. Everything was easy and stress-free, thanks to Jorge's expert planning. Driving around in the six-seater golf cart was also a fun experience. It was a great way to get to the beach clubs and golf courses while taking in the beautiful scenery. Overall, I highly recommend this property and the Punta Mita area. It was an unforgettable vacation, and I can't wait to go back again soon.
