Turn key farm house nestled on 45 acres with a stocked pond for fishing or swimming. Perfect get away but not too far from Austin and Round Top. Fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy the peace and quiet of country living. The owners live on the property a quarter mile up the road from the farm house and are excessable 24/7 should you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time. The owners were wonderful the house was great and the view was relaxing and we could not have stayed in a sweeter place. The owner was Ryan on the spot for anything we needed.

Cozy and adorable acreage retreat

We absolutely loved our stay and the hosts were so kind. The house was so cute, clean and setup with everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and hanging out on the dock. Our labs and us absolutely loved all the space to roam and walk.

Mini Vacation

Our stay was incredible! We were so happy to have found this amazing home and land. It was so peaceful and so much fun, the pond was a great way to cool off, the fire pit with the stars above was relaxing and the dogs brought smiles to our faces. We can’t wait to return.

Family Weekend

Our family who lives in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio all met here to spend Easter weekend together. The hosts, house, and property vastly exceeded our expectations. From the first gracious welcoming text to through a goodbyes, we couldn't have asked for more.

Peaceful Retreat

This property was exactly what we needed for this trip! We will definitely be returning. It was minutes away from the Sherwood Forest Faire and a great place to relax in between attending the festival. Everything from the dog welcoming committee, the human host, and the gorgeous property were just splendid. By far the best host I've ever had.

Awesome weekend getaway

Fabulous property, caught some fish in the pond (including one on the first cast!), kids loved swimming in the pond. The Host was awesome and we will recommend this spot to our friends for the future. Outstanding stay and wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Lee County Texas.

Country Bliss

If you are wanting to lower your blood pressure this is the place to stay! So nice to sit on the front porch or go and fish in the pond. Highly recommend!

Secluded Stay with 5 Star Hospitality

We really enjoyed staying here while shopping during the Round Top Fall Antique Week. The place is not far from all the activity and is a nice retreat from all the people. The owners are very attentive and make sure you have everything you need. There is plenty of space and we loved waking up to a beautiful view and some friendly pups coming by to say good morning. We recommend staying here!
