This gem is tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The host is a great communicator and we felt like we were living our best life! Swimming in the private pool at sunset, every amenity and then some at our disposal and restful sleep. We enjoyed great proximity to museums, Austin and the cute town of Smithville. Would return for sure!

Adorable and relaxing cottage

I love this little cottage. Smithville is such a beautiful place to visit. Cottage with pool makes you seem that you are at your own private resort.i always feel that i have had a relaxing vacation.

Great weekend getaway

My 82-year-old mother, my aunt, and I stayed the weekend at this house. It had everything we needed! The only drawback is that my mom could have used some handrails in the bathroom. The house is located in a very quiet and historic neighborhood. The property manager was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. We highly recommend staying there.

Lovely stay

Such a quiet and relaxing little retreat! Very clean, nicely appointed with insanely comfortable beds. The cottage was larger than anticipated and a great place to relax. Great privacy and lots of outdoor space to enjoy.

Comfortable and clean place to stay. The landscape was lovely as was the pool. Didn’t get to enjoy either very much due to the weather, but can see how they would be very nice if the time of the year was right. Very quiet property and well maintained. Bed was comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay.

We wanted to get away for a last minute weekend before school started up again. This was a great little place for my wife and two kids age 8 and 6. We have never spent time in Smithville but we are so glad we did. We will be back not only to Smithville but to this little cottage.

Bestie weekend perfection

The cottage was perfect for our best friend weekend. Smithville is an amazing small town with great people. The cottage is convenient to everything and we enjoyed every inch of it. The pool was wonderful on the hot summer evenings after days of shopping.

Cute Cottage

This is my sevond time here. The cottage is adorable. Pool and fire pit are very relaxing. Neighborhood is so quiet. It is close to downtown and enjoyable wineries are near by. Grill is very handy. Will definitely stay again.

Great Place to Stay in Smithville!

This cottage is in a great location in the historic part of Smithville, in a beautiful neighborhood. It has easy access to downtown. It feels secluded and has a well kept pool right out the front door. It was very clean. We appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the owners. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Wonderful cottage!

We loved our stay here. The cottage & yard are beautiful, and the historic neighborhood is beautiful & quiet. The cottage had everything you need & many great touches. Heather was so kind & easy to communicate with through the app. The homeowners left us completely alone to enjoy the backyard & pool. We will definitely be returning!
