Although we will not be there in person, we will be available for any questions you may have.

Woodfin is a small town bordering a stretch of the French Broad River, with picnic spots, fishing, and kayaking at Woodfin River Park. Specialty shops and secondhand stores are scattered on and around Weaverville Road, while an eclectic dining scene includes burger and BBQ joints, Mexican restaurants, and homey cafes.

Please park on side of house in gravel driveway. If two cars, park close. Carport in the front of house is for the guests in separate unit.

Our charming cottage features two bedrooms with luxurious queen sized beds, soft cotton sheets and cozy pillows to give you the best nights sleep ever!

Newly renovated full kitchen with island can accommodate your favorite home cooked meal and seat six comfortably. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need including organic coffee, organic tea, and treats.

Stay connected in the office area with dedicated desk off the living room.

Enjoy the fire pit outside or ball toss game. Outdoor area is shared by guests in neighboring studio.

* Follow I-26 W/US-19 N/US-23 N/US-70 W to US-19 BUS N/US-25 S in Woodfin.

* Take Weaverville Rd to Wellington Dr

There is a neighboring studio with attached wall. Backyard is shared. Please be respectful of others privacy.

Perfect place for a girls trip

This was the perfect place for our girls trip. The house was clean and organized and came with everything we needed. It was close to everything and the communication with the owner was very easy. Would recommend and would definitely visit again!

This was the perfect location for a trip to Asheville. Everything was in close proximity. The house was clean and comfortable and a perfect getaway for my grandmother and I!

Great place to stay!

The place was very clean. You can tell the owner takes good care of it and has added a special touch of providing an assortment of coffee, tea, and limited supply of oatmeal to get you through the first morning. If you are coming with two cars, like we were, be aware that the parking space on the side of the house is really limited to just one vehicle. We couldn’t fit both of our SUV’s in the space and it is a bit short so if you are driving a large truck you might have a little bit of your back end poking out into the road. Other than that the place was as advertised. Great location! Very easy to get into Asheville or anywhere else you want to go. Enjoy your stay here. We sure did. There is no tv in the place which we enjoyed. Great way to disconnect for a few days.

House was exactly as described- everything we needed, clean, and close to downtown Asheville and River Arts District- Would definitely rent again. Super easy to find, communication with owner simple and timely. Office area was a plus!

Convenient and Cute

The location is super close to downtown Asheville, if that’s where you’re looking to stay. The house was immaculate with almost all the essentials you could need. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. The only (and very slight) annoyance is the alarm system that’s connected to the unit next door. There was another couple staying in the unit next to us who were smokers so they were constantly in and out of the unit meaning the alarm system “bell” would go off every time they opened their door…which was ALOT. A small detail that doesn’t outweigh everything wonderful this place has to offer and we would definitely stay again when visiting the Asheville area!
