The villa captivates with its top location and the breathtaking view of the wide canal. Enjoy unforgettable sunshine hours in the spacious south-facing pool area.

Upon entering the villa you're just in the middle of the living area flooded with light and with an idyllic view on the water. You have a beautiful view to the canal while enjoying privacy in the lanai area. The spacious living area is equipped with a modern large flat-TV, a state-ofthe-art kitchen with counter with all amenities, as well as a dining area. Music fans will love our Sonos stereo sound system with wireless speakers. Enjoy your local radio station or your individual playlist all over the house and the pool area.

The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with private bathroom has an idyllic view over the pool area and the water. From there, you have a direct access to the pool area. Both guest rooms are spacious and have a walk-in closet providing travelers with sufficient storage space as well as a private bathroom with double sink and shower. The bathroom also has a direct access to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired (please bring your capsules). The whole villa is equipped with tiles which is ideal for allergy suffers.

Enjoy breakfast with the first rays of sunshine in the beautiful lanai area. The spacious pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers and is the perfect place to relax. The heated pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. The water feels very soft and comfortable on the skin. Let the day end in the chill-out zone with a large BBQ.

The villa is located in top location in the popular South West of Cape Coral. Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations / pavilions and a children's playground is directly adjacent to the villa. The marvelous marina Cape Harbour with several restaurants, ice cream parlor, evening live music and much more is only a stones throw away and always worth a visit. Publix and several restaurants are in walking distance.
A crib and a high-chair are available for families with children.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

The house was very nice and clean. Great location and neighborhood. !! Beautiful view and walking distance to Cape Harbour ... Bikes would be nice a nice addition to the property.. Blinds are needed for the kitchen and livng room..

Great but construction

House is lovely and very clean. Nice starter supplies of dish and laundry soaps. There was pool screen construction going on 3 days we were there ( 1 day at the neighbors which is basically like they are in your backyard overlooking the pool area) . So for 2 days I could not use the pool, no one gave us any notice, day 3 was check out day which again construction came at 9am and no one told us. There are no blinds on the living room windows facing the backyard so it was awkward to have someone in the backyard unannounced. The house is not cheap and a big part of why we booked was for the pool area. I'm not comfortable lounging around and swimming while people are working 10 ft away - it's awkward. I would book this house again but only if there would be no construction.

Spent a wonderful week at Sunshine Bay, the property was just as good as we’d hoped. Very clean with all the amenities you need for a family. Pool area was lovely and the views were spectacular. Highly recommend booking this villa. Communication with Coral villa and the manager was great, they were very flexible with our booking dates (initially booked pre pandemic) when were unable to travel to the US - much appreciated. 5 stars from us

Lovely House (but be wary of construction)

Recently returned from a holiday in Florida and stayed at the Pelican Villa. The house looks exactly as it does on the website - nice furnishings and very clean. Nice pool area. The management team were very easy to deal with and answered any questions promptly. Located very near Camelot Park which although small was a nice place to walk and stretch your legs! Be wary of the amount of electricity that you use - there were only 2 of us and we had a $100 bill at the end of our holiday (a first for us in all the years that we've been visiting Florida). Now for the negatives - and this is totally outwith the control of the rental company but useful info. There is a lot of constrution going on - to the front of the house, the rear and side of the house - as new homes are being built so be aware that it can be noisy at times. Overall a great stay and a lovely villa.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and Father’s Day. The home is beautiful, modern, comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Check in and check out were quick and painless. The area is safe, and feels quite private, despite it being a subdivision. Loved it!

We loved it!

The home is very nice and very clean. It was perfect for my family. Our favorite part was the pool area with the deck chairs and outdoor seating it's the perfect place to relax. We would highly recommend this property.

Paradise

We have rented many properties in Cape Coral over the years and this home is a superior rental! The living areas were bright, fresh and inviting with a wonderful kitchen and family room. The outdoor seating was fabulous with an outstanding view down a wide canal. The pool was perfect and the grill was great! We will definitely return in the future!

Wunderschönes, modernes Ambiente mit viel Ruhe

Angekommen in einer Idylle von Ruhe und wunderschönem Ausblick den Kanal entlang. Absolut ruhige Nachbarschaft. Modern und neu eingerichtet. Durchweg gefliest. Masterroom-Schlafzimmer super schön mit Blick auf den Kanal vom Bett aus. Es ist alles vor Ort was man sich nur wünscht. Küche perfekt eingerichtet. An alles wurde für einen optimalen und erholsamen Urlaub gedacht. Patricia vor Ort sehr kompetent und nett. Jederzeit wieder dieses Haus oder auch ein anderes von CoralVilla. Super netter Kontakt mit Frau Schommer in Germany. Danke für die nette Begrüßung mit Wein. Check out auch passend. Da wir jedes Jahr nach Florida reisen, muss ich betonen, dass dies bisher das schönste und optimalste Haus für unsere Familie gewesen ist. Zentral gelegen. einkaufsmöglichkeit in Nähe.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Villa ist sehr sauber und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Villa ist gut gelegen. In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc.. Wir würden sofort wieder die Villa für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sicher eine der schönsten Villen in Cape Coral!

Wir können nur Positives berichten, alles andere käme dem Suchen nach dem Haar in der Suppe gleich. Highlights: Top Lage an der Kopfseite eines Kanals mit beheizbarem Pool (zusätzliche Stromkosten waren kaum der Rede wert) in direkter Südlage. Sehr unkompliziertes Checkin auch spät abends durch zahlencodiertes Schloss ohne Schlüssel. Sehr nette Betreuung durch die deutschen Verwalter vor Ort mit guten Tips für Freizeit und Gastronomie. Moderne Einrichtung, neuwertiger Eindruck, schöne in das Wohnzimmer integrierte Küche, alles tip top sauber und gepflegt. Der obligatorische große Gasgrill wurde on uns fleißig genutzt - die Steaks in den USA sind einfach um Längen besser als zu Hause. Equipment wie Poolspielzeug, Angeln, Strandstühle, etc. standen zur freien Nutzung in der Garage bereit. Wir empfehlen die Villa Sunshine Bay uneingeschränkt weiter und freuen uns, bald mal wieder zu kommen.

Top Villa, Top Lage!

Wir hatten tolle 3 Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Von der Buchung bis hin zu Abreise war alles bestens. Super Service, nette Verwaltung! Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wenn wir wieder kommen, dann wohl wieder in diese Villa. Als kleiner Hinweis: Mit dem Boot bis zur Schleuse fährt man ca 40min. Braucht leider länger als gedacht. Aber auch dieser lange Weg lohnt sich :)

Wundervolle traute Zweisamkeit zu Zweit

Wir verbrachten fast zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Nach zwei vergangenen Florida-Aufenthalten war das das schönste Haus. Die Villa ist nicht allzu gross, deshalb optimal für zu Zweit oder zu Viert. Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend. Tolle Besonnung, schöner Blick auf den ruhige Kanal mit den immer wieder mal lustig springenden Fischen. Das Haus ist modern, hell und schlicht sowie technisch hochwertig eingerichtet. Auch die Mikro-Lage ist genial. Wo hat man in den USA schon eine perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeit, den Yachthafen mit Restaurants oder ein tolles Fischrestaurant nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt?

Traum Villa

Dieses neu renovierte Haus in Top Lage ist absolut empfehlenswert! Man erreicht in wenigen Minuten diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit und konnten das Ambiente voll und ganz genießen. Das Haus ist genial durchdacht, sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich richtig wohl. Der Pool mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Kanal ist ein Traum. Wir werden diese Zeit in bester Erinnerung behalten. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Maria aus Langen

Great vacation

Clean, friendly, great location. Flawless vacation. I highly recommend a boat, even though the lock is 40 minutes from the house, it's really nice to leave straight from the rental. And the beaches are worth it.

Traumhaft schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa Sunshine Bay verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Haus war gerade frisch renoviert und komplett neu und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist auf hohem Niveau ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight ist die atemberaubende Aussicht aufs Wasser, die man vom Wohnbereich, aus dem Masterschlafzimmer und natürlich von der Terasse aus genießen kann. Wir haben uns außerdem für drei Tage ein Boot direkt beim Hausverwalter Heiko (Florida Dream Services) dazu gemietet. Dieses wurde uns direkt an den eigenen Steg zum Haus gebraucht und dort auch wieder abgeholt. Das können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Manatis haben wir zwar nicht gesehen, dafür aber Delfine. Die Abstimmungen mit Coral Villa und dem Hausverwalter vor Ort waren vorbildlich. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub in der Villa Sunshine Bay. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Anja und Jens

Gehalten, was versprochen wurde

Wir sind am 25.02.17 angereist. Das Haus wurde bis zur letzten Minute noch frisch umgebaut und renoviert und empfing uns in einem frischen Kleid. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde hier gearbeitet und viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt. Die Lage übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Natürlich sprechen die Bilder für sich, aber wenn man dann endlich dort ist und alles mit eigenen Augen sieht, dann stellt man fest, dass es noch schöner als auf den Fotos ist. Unsere Ankunft wurde von Patricia und Heiko super schön vorbereitet. Nach einer ziemlich langen Anfahrt fanden wir im Kühlschrank und auf dem Tresen Getränke vor, um unseren Urlaub beginnen lassen zu können. Das war ein wirklich schöner Willkommensgruß. Aber auch so war es möglich, jederzeit mit den Beiden in Kontakt zu treten und den ein oder anderen Insider-Tipp zu bekommen. Auch die E-Mails im Vorfeld unserer Reise haben diese zu etwas schönem werden lassen. Und ja, ich würde JEDEM dieses Feriendomizil ans Herz legen, denn es ist super schön... von den Kindern heiß geliebt: der beheizte Pool Habt Dank für die schöne Zeit
