This oceanfront complex is fun for the whole family. Located in the heart of Atlantic Beach, near Fort Macon State Park. Close to area shopping and restaurants.

Principal Bedroom - Queen Bed
Bedroom Two - 2 Twin Beds

All rates are subject to a departure cleaning, linen and reservation fee, 12.75% sales tax and a $79.00 Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan. All fees and taxes are subject to change without notice.

1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting this unit for a week stay. We love the oceanfront view , comfortable captains chairs on the balcony. The unit is clean and well equipped and perfect size for me and my wife. New recliner and I think the sliding glass doors are new as well. Very convenient to food lion and Morehead city.

SEA SPRAY

Ocean view, who wouldn't want that?! Well, what they don't tell you is that the ocean side rooms at the SEA SPRAY have water damage and smell to high heaven of mildew/mold. My family had to buy a $150 air purifier, several damp rid bags, and tons of sprays to make it through the week. We almost went home early, bc I felt so sick from the smell. We had to wash everything when we returned home. You could smell the mildew/mold FROM OUTSIDE THE BUILDING it was so bad. That carpet on the balcony remains wet and it stinks out there, so no .. we did not sit outside not once. Yes, there are water bugs. I saw a few running up the walls. My sister was in an interior Sea Spray room. She found one in her coffee maker. OH MY GOD!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great weather, nice, well equipped condo. No elevator and unit could use a good cleaning, ceiling fan blades had about an inch of crud on them. Linen service didn’t show up for four days and wi- fi password provided was incorrect and someone had changed around the internet/ cable wiring. But all in all was a great 2 weeks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was as pictured and perfect for our stay. Literally the only downside for a family is the lack of washer/dryer in the unit. Yes, there are machines down the hall, but they're down the hall and cost four dollars per load to wash/dry. With two little ones who are constantly soiling clothes, this was very inconvenient. Otherwise, we had a really great time here and all of 5he unit owners we met were super friendly and welcoming. In summary, we'd stay here again and rent from C&G again in a heartbeat.
