Newly renovated condo with beautiful ocean views!

Welcome to The Beach Box at Southwinds. Top to bottom, this condo is brand new! Our 2 bedroom/1.5 bath can sleep six with a queen size pull-out sofa. The ocean view is beautiful and you're only a few steps from having your toes in the sand, a nice bike ride to Fort Macon State Park, or a quick drive to the NC Aquarium. Community includes multiple outdoor grills, two pools, on-site security, and private beach access. Come enjoy the beautiful Crystal Coast at The Beach Box!

The space
This condo is a second floor unit and only accessible by stairs.
Guest access
The property is private and has 24/7 security during the peak season. Guests are required to display a visitor parking pass at all times.

Once you come through the gate at Southwinds, fork to the left towards buildings A-E. You'll first pass E building on your right, then D on your left after you round the curve. Park between buildings D and C and access the stairwell from what appears to be the back of the building.

Unit is C9.
Other things to note
Rentals run Sat-Sat only from May 1 to Sept. 30.

We're the parents of a toddler and understand how cumbersome it can be to travel with a little one. We have provided a bumbo that can be secured to one of the chairs at the dining table. Please let us know if there's anything we can provide to lighten your load.

Southwinds HOA does not allow renters or guests to bring pets.

This condo was one of the nicest, cleanest and quietest condo I’ve stayed at. It was immaculate and very well stocked with anything and everything you need for the stay. The washer and dryer were top quality. The kitchen was 5 star clean and stocked. The view was great.

The place is nice. The neighborhood is well taken care of and feels safe, and the beach access and pool are great. The condo itself is comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries, and towels. They even had a couple of different coffee pot options. We don’t use Keurigs, and the regular coffee pot was a little slow and got some grounds in the coffee, but we were caffeinated, so that’s what matters!Overall, the condo was clean, although I think it’s probably time for a deep cleaning. There was some dust on the walls and baseboards, and the kitchen sink needed a little more attention. Our comforter also had fuzz all over it, probably from being washed with white towels, but we were just glad it had been freshly washed.The queen bed was a little lumpy, but our daughter said the twin bed was comfortable.We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends. The people in the unit above us had some loud young children who were up around 7 a.m., so that’s something to consider if you’re a late sleeper. That’s obviously not something the owner can control, and it wasn’t a deal breaker for us.Overall, we had a great stay!

This spot has all of the things you need for a vacation. My family of four stayed comfortably and the kids even argued who would get to sleep on the pull out sofa. There were plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, very clean, and a great view from the balcony. Overall, a great experience.

Property was nice

Property grounds were well kept. Condo had a good view from balcony. Condo was a good size and comfortable. Only negative we could say is that the couch could be replaced, other than that everything was good.

Well stocked, an awesome

Beautiful flowers and landscaping. Nic size, very clean rooms. Everything you need for beach, very close. Extra beach towels. Coolers, high chair, pac and play. Washer and dryer. Paper towels, j- cup pods. Makeup remover packs. Just so nice to stay there. Pools were very nice as well. Just wish, there was an elevator. But would definitely , stay again.

Property was clean and comfortable. We loved the easy access to the beach. I got a quick response from the owner when I had a question and it was nice that he checked in to make sure we got there and had everything we needed.

We had an incredible stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. It is close to the beach and Ft. Macon State Park. The host was very responsive, and the location made it easy to explore the area. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!
