Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this newly renovated townhome in lower Mt. Pleasant.

Our townhouse has 3 private bedrooms, one has a King bed, one has a Queen bed, and the other has two twin beds. The king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower and a walk-in closet. There is another full bathroom off of the upstairs hallway with tub/shower and plenty of nice towels. Smart TVs are in all the bedrooms and living room. Fast Wifi for all entertainment needs! Complementary parking for 2 vehicles in directly in front of townhouse.

Located halfway between Sullivan's Island beach and historic downtown Charleston. You are just a quick walk or bike ride (1.4mikes) to Shem Creek and all it has to offer.

This is the perfect location for couples, small groups, and families.

Absolutely NO Pets.
No parties.

No Pets and No smoking. Security deposited will be forfeited if pets are on property or if smoking inside house.

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome! It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful, but still close to Charleston, the beach, restaurants, and shopping.The beach gear and bikes were a great bonus and made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

I could’ve given this place 5 stars the second my family walked in to this property. So clean and so beautifully decorated! The beds, all of them, were so comfortable!!! The property is in a perfect location! Will definitely recommend and stay again if we come back!

we were in town for a wedding in Charleston. great location for getting into Charleston. we had a car but we also uber’s into town easily. house was very clean and organized, beds were very comfortable, kitchen has everything needed for cooking. we had an excellent stay at this property. i would highly recommend it.

Great place all around!

Easy access, great place to stay, plenty of room, beach chairs and umbrellas available, 3 bathrooms was awesome with 3 grown kids with us. There are some great restaurants in Mt Pleasant which was a big plus.

Perfect Retreat for Charleston Adventures

We found the townhouse to be quiet, very clean, and comfortable. It was perfectly located for activities around Charleston, as well as shopping and restaurants. Jack was quick to respond and accommodated early check in for us based on our flight time. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was a breeze! If you’re wanting the hustle and bustle of downtown Charleston, this is not it. But I’d argue this is better! It’s a great jumping off point to explore downtown Charleston, IOP, Folly Beach, Shem Creek, Mt Pleasant, and everything the whole area has to offer. The house is very comfortable and homey and has everything you’d need. Free and easy parking is a blessing. Communication is quick and friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place!

The townhouse is very clean and just as described! It was perfect for our girls weekend. We had a great time and it was very conveniently located close to downtown Charleston. We had a small issue with the shower and Jack responded to the message right away and came and fixed it! Easy parking right in front. We loved our stay here!

Cozy Home In Mount Pleasant

This was the perfect setup for our group's stay in Mount Pleasant. The home itself is quite charming, and had a seamless check-in experience. A huge plus was the inclusion of several bikes, which our group used to explore mount pleasant as well as the Charleston peninsula. I would highly recommend this stay, and would book again if I return to Mount Pleasant.

Fantastic Communication

Jack was extremely responsive and helpful. It was a great place for the weekend with my family coming into town for a wedding. The beds were comfortable! Would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future!

Long weekend family trip

This property was one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. The furniture was so comfortable, the hosts were easily accessible and communicated well, and the location was ideal. I would stay here again for sure should I come back to the area. I loved everything about it and my husband is a disabled veteran with back issues and found the couch and the king bed exceptionally comfortable. Thank you again!!

This was a nice rental. It was clean, newly decorated, and thoughtfully supplied for adventures to the beach or other nearby destinations. Parking was easy which made it easier to come and go. A great place to feel like a home base on your vacation. Host was very responsive as well. The supplied check in book allowed you to see what was needed for your stay. It was a nice week.

This townhouse was exactly as described and pictured. It was absolutely perfect for our stay in the Charleston area. The location was fantastic - nice and close to Charleston and Sullivan's Island and easy enough to get to Folly Beach. Upon arrival the house was clean and ready for us and access to the home was a breeze. We had no issues with the townhome to contact the hosts for, but they were extremely responsive prior to our stay. Our kids have already told us that we need to book the same place the next time we visit. :)

We had such a fantastic stay at this Mt. Pleasant townhouse. The location couldn’t be better— just minutes from everything we wanted to explore. It made getting around incredibly easy and added so much convenience to our trip.The townhouse itself was spotless. You can tell the owners take great pride in keeping it exceptionally clean and well cared for. Every room felt fresh, tidy, and welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out. We felt right at home the entire time.Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Mt. Pleasant or Charleston area. We would absolutely stay here again.
