You have your own private terrace at 506! Experience outdoor dining while taking in the sunset. Fill the ice buckets and have a seat at the outdoor bar while overlooking the skyline. Lounge on the modern chic sofa with friends while playing to tunes on the Bluetooth speaker.

When you step outside the condo you will find an indoor/outdoor communal lounge area that boasts a 180-degree view of the city.

When the day is done you have choices:

* King bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress topper
* Full-Sized Article sofa bed with mattress topper
* Custom-built XL Twin loft bed
* King Sealy air mattress in the closet just in case

Stay in and cook with the fully outfitted kitchen which includes a blender, Keurig coffee, and waffle maker (bring your waffle mix). Return home with clean clothes and/or only use fresh towels as you'll have a full-sized washer and dryer within the unit.

Need a workspace? Slide the yellow poofs and acrylic table from under the TV and go to work! This table also doubles as an eating spot for 2. Or sit back on the sofa and pull over the C-tables, your choice! The Wi-Fi is on and ready to support your streaming services on the TV.

While we always take cleanliness very seriously, we understand the extra importance right now and are prioritizing and go above and beyond the best recommended Covid 19 sanitizing and disinfecting protocols. We love our housekeeper! We have been her clients for several years at our personal home. The entire cleaning fee goes straight to her as we pay her a living wage. We have great confidence that our place will be sparkling clean upon your arrival.

You will need to send me your email address, then download Latch to your smartphone. I will send access via email for you to create an account.
Latch is used to access every door in the building including the main entry and your condo.
