RARE private single family home with one of the largest backyards in LOHI! This home has two stories plus large Game room basement, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Walking distance to the best coffee shops, bars, restaurants, parks, Broncos Stadium, Coors Field, & nightlife in Denver. The living room is bright & open. Large backyard perfect for yard games & relaxing. We have an outdoor grill, tables, cornhole set, and hammock. The gameroom basement has foosball & a shuffleboard table. There is also a table for card games and other fun activities. The second floor is a private suite which includes two beds and its own bathroom. Perfect getaway for families, couples, or groups!

I love to travel and have also lived in London, Ireland, and Sydney. I love skiing, volleyball, golf, hiking and all of the fun outdoor activities Colorado has to offer. I love hosting people from all over the world.

Lohi is such an amazing neighborhood close to downtown. It is Walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars, parks and sports stadiums. I love living close to everything and being able to easily walk around the city. Lohi is close to everything and I love living in such a vibrant fun neighborhood.

This home has one of the biggest backyards in Lohi. It sits on a double lot meaning the yard is twice as big as most of the other homes. The home also has a large and open floor plan, so great for big groups. It also has a large open space basement which is perfect for a ton of games and activities.
