Second floor - with a full view across Kidd Cove towards George Town, Unit 4 is one of 6 fully self-sufficient vacation rental units on Elizabeth Harbour/Kidd Cove, completely surrounded by water. This suite has a fabulous upstairs porch/balcony nestled among the tall coconut trees. 10 min walk into George Town for groceries, restaurants etc. Located on a private island with connecting causeway, Regatta Point is a rare combination of central location & quiet seclusion—uniquely afforded by virtue of being a small separate island near the town and on Elizabeth Harbour. Keep rental boat, car, or both on property. 5 minute walk to water taxi dock, quick access to Stocking Island and it's beaches. Easy arrangements for fishing/snorkeling trips, or excursion out to the swimming pigs. Air conditioned/free WiFi

Regatta Point and Georgetown was the most amazing experience. I booked the trip for me, my daughter and best friend. We were looking for somewhere safe, convenient to be able to walk to dining, transportation etc. This is the spot! We rented a boat for 2 days and hopped all around...the locals were beyond kind and helpful. Nancy, our host, was kind and the best host. We will be back to this special place.

Fantastic location

My husband and I spent a week at Regatta Point to meet “cruiser” friends. The location was perfect! We could walk into town for groceries (6 minutes) and sit by the water to watch the sunrise and sunset. There was even a small beach to wade into which was dinghy accessible. Nancy was a delight to talk to and an exceptional hostess!

An Unbelievable Getaway!

We had the most wonderful visit! Nancy was such a kind and thoughtful host! She helped us learn about the area, make plans, arrange taxis, and even offered to give us a ride to a beach one day. Her property is peaceful and breathtaking. We loved watching the sunrise while sitting under a canopy of trees with the blue ocean waves crashing all around us. We took Nancy's advise and rented a boat to explore the harbor and Stocking Island and found ourselves in paradise everywhere we went. Exuma is amazing. We will be back!
