Very quiet clean and comfortable. 5 star in my book. I travel for work all around the world. This was one of the best places ive stayed. If your coming to the area and looking for a place to stay. Dont pass this one up!

Visiting family frim out of town

We had a great time and the place was perfect. Clean, comfortable, ptivate, and the beds were extremrly cozy. We woyld definately stay again.

Nice Spot close to UPMC Event Center

Perfect spot for a weekend trip for a concert.Everything was straight forward, nothing confusing. Didn’t use much as we only stayed for 2 nights, but worth it for the price!

Great place!

Kara’s place was just what we were looking for! Plenty of space, a great outdoor area and comfy couches and beds. Also a great entertainment system and of course a putting green and Galaga arcade machine are always a plus. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time in Pittsburgh for my son’s basketball camp. The apartment was clean and inviting. All needed amenities were provided, and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Nice for what we needed

Property was clean, spacious, and perfect for our weekend getaway. The Putt ParTee and arcade game were a fun way to pass time during the rain showers. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze and Kara made a point to reachout to us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable.

It was a nice house, nice yard. The playground want much of a pay ground and the porch lights wouldn't work so we couldn't enjoy time outside at night like we had planned and never heard back from the host about having it fixed for our second night.

Hi Emily!! Regarding your stay, I accommodated you as much as possible by allowing an early check in and late check out at no additional fee. I also assisted you with whatever you needed despite the texts coming in at 1 or 2 am in the evening. I try to be there as much as possible for guests when I can which is why it saddens me to see your review. The only issue we had during your stay was the outdoor light bulb was out! I offered to swing by and replace it but didn't hear back from you. It's a shame as a result of this you've left a 3 star review... This is of course our livelihood so we rely on honest reviews from guests. We also do not advertise the property as having a playground... Wishing you all the best!

While waiting for our new home

We stayed for over a month…very spacious…comfortable beds…..just what we needed while waiting for our closing. Kara was very responsive to any problems.

Pretty get-away

The house was very clean and private. A few things would make it a bit more user friendly, the small fridge off the floor, a small bistro table for eating or playing games. All in all a nice place!

Fantastic!

Was in town for a few weeks apartment was just as advertised. I was extremely pleased with my entire experience. When I come back to the area I definitely will be trying to stay here again. The room was clean. The area was pleasant right outside the door you have amazing views.

Quiet peaceful stay

Lovely neighborhood Beautiful renovation Plenty of room Sliders to outside Picnic table and fire pit available You do walk across the lawn down the side of the garage. Slightly sloping so would not be disability accessible.

Family Friendly

This was a nice place to stay for one or two nights. Close to airport. Did not realize that there was nothing around to eat or do. We had to drive about 15-20 to find food and shopping. Other than that the home was modern, neat, and clean. My boys old and young loved the old school arcade!!!

peaceful home near Pittsburgh

We had a lovely stay at this property. Of note, the entrance is in the back of the house, the upper level might be rented as well. The check-in materials state this but I overlooked it the first time around. The space was clean, tidy, and the games were fun. Kara is a gracious host. This would be a great place to stay with a family, especially if you could get both levels.

Perfect for a quick trip to PA

My husband and daughter had to travel to PA from MI for our daughter's job for a few nights in July 2022. This property was the perfect respite for their stay. So much more relaxing then a hotel. The apartment was clean and quiet. They loved the added fun sporty touches with the putting mat, arcade, and dart game. My husband is a Varsity golf coach for 20 years in MI and our daughter plays golf for a local PA college. Such a fun added to touch to help them pass their time!

Amazing place!

Stayed here for about two weeks for work purposes and it was such a comfortable stay. I told Kara this but the pictures here really didn’t do it enough justice. The vibes are just perfect! Big TV, plenty of space, great entertainment, huge bathroom, and a nice modern look all around. All that it’s missing is a kitchen. Would’ve been nice to have one but the microwave and tiny fridge got the job done for me. Extra points from me as well for the soccer decor ⚽️ not my team but I highly enjoyed the retro England World Cup posters!!

The Game

We came in early and did stuff in Pittsburgh, got to the house late. We were happy with the house, there was a coffee pot but no coffee, we had bought some groceries with hopes there was a toaster so we could eat our jelly that we got at the orchard. But the overall stay was great!
