Freshly Updated 2BR/2BA - Secret Path to Beach!

Just two short blocks to the sandy beaches of Amelia Island! This newly-furnished two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the second floor of Amelia Landings off of Sadler Road. Totally updated with laminate flooring, new vanities in the baths and tastefully decorated, Amelia Landings 6C is ready to host you for your island getaway! Amenities include a community pool, tennis courts, picnic and grilling area, as well as a pathway right to the beach.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and attached full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and close access to the second full bath. All bath and bed linens are provided. Additional sleeping space is available in the main area with a sleeper sofa as well.

The fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need for preparing meals, with a washer and dryer in the laundry closet as well. The expansive screened-in balcony offers plenty of seating and privacy, with wooded views of beautiful oak trees. WiFi and Smart TVs will help the modern traveler access their favorite apps and programming.

Stroll to the beach or the popular Slider's oceanfront restaurant at Seaside Park. There are multiple other restaurants and a juice bar within walking distance, as well as beach and bike rentals and a surf shop. Less than a mile up Sadler road in the opposite direction is the Publix grocery store and a Starbucks for those needing their caffeine perk. The south entrance of Egan's Creek Greenway is only a 3-minute walk away and is an excellent spot to bike and spot marsh wildlife. This greenway goes for miles up the spine of the island until it reaches Pirate's Playground and the Atlantic Recreation Center, just across from the entrance to Fort Clinch State Park.

Fishing is allowed in the small lake at Amelia Landings but please note it is only catch and release.

Unlike many other complexes on island, the parking is plentiful at Amelia Landings so guests will not be limited on their number of vehicles. Very comfortable condo, especially the screened porch, where we spent most of time. Exceptionality well stocked, including first aid and sunscreen! All beach equipment is new and well cared for. Would highly recommend this property. Property owners were quick to reply and very friendly.

A mixed bag

Very attractive but not always functional. You get an A+ for the comfortable king-size bed and its linens, and for the art work on the walls: the slice of agate, the mandalas of leaves, the prints of 18th century lace, the whimsical Florida maps. The porch has a lovely feel, up among the leaves of the big trees outside. But the stovetop heats unevenly; the corners of the area rugs flop over and become a hazard; the sink in the master bathroom drains very, very slowly, even after we treated it with something to clear it. We also cleaned the shower head to allow more water to come through - about a third of the holes were blocked. There are way too many pillows in the place - we piled many of them on the bed in the second bedroom when we had visitors - I don’t know where you put them if you have someone sleeping in that bed.

Stayed 2 nights for the Ga/ Fla football game. Located near downtown Fernandina with all the great shops and restaurants. Great communication with host. Thanks!

Amazing place to stay

The room was very clean and in order. everything in the condo worked as it should. no issue with the condo at all and will try and book the same room on my next visit. I arrived late the night of check-in, I did notice the parking lot was a little dark and could use a little more lighting

Enjoyed Our Stay

Good location within walking or biking distance to restaurants and the beach. If carrying beach chairs, coolers, etc., it’s easier to drive and park (about a quarter mile away). Centrally located between the historic Fernandina area and the resorts. Condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Great weekend getaway

We had a great time, the place was very clean and cozy. Back patio was quiet, roomy and private. The walk to the beach wasn't bad and it was nice to have towels, chairs and an umbrella there for us! Would definitely stay here again.

Time for Just Us

Very nice, quiet property. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was extremely hot, near or at 100 degrees each day. The condo is very shaded so we were still able to enjoy the screened in back porch. The owners provided chairs, umbrella and towels for the beach. I was extremely happy with the condo and overall experience. We drive to the beach day because the walk is a bit more than I wanted and it was so HOT!! I would definitely book this condo again or use Destination Amelia because they were wonderful.

Great location, quiet property

The condo had everything we needed for a 3 night getaway. The unit was very clean. The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. Our door code did not work upon arrival, however, I was able to get in touch with a lady who helped get us in quickly with a new code. Also, the pool code that was listed in the condo was the previous year’s code. So, we couldn’t get into the pool until other guests let us in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location & lovely decor.

This beautifully decorated condo lies in a quiet, wooded neighborhood with an understory of gorgeous azaleas, all blooming during my visit. The beach and a beachfront restaurant are a very short walk away and shopping is a short drive in the opposite direction. The unit appears to be recently updated and all of the appliances and fixtures were in good working order. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Location

We have stayed at this location in other units in the past. Walkability to the beach, restaurants and stores as well as the trails makes it perfect home base for a relaxing vacation. This specific unit is bright inside and the beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately, during this stay, the pool was down for repairs but in the past we enjoyed the pool and its privacy.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this condo. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the wifi worked great, and the TV with Roku and YouTube TV was a nice surprise. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.
