Serene & Affordable 2BR/2BA Condo. Short walk to the beach!

Our third floor condo is affectionately called, The Nest. It boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, all linens, a comfortable living room, dining room, and a large screened in porch. The Nest can accommodate a maximum of four people. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. Guests can enjoy plenty of shared space to refresh and unwind.

During your stay please enjoy the flat screen 50"HD TV and wireless internet, games, and small touches like blow dryers, a Keurig coffee maker, starter supplies (paper towels, dish soap, sponges) and more!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and dining essentials.

For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer so you can easily take care of laundry during your stay.

This is a non-smoking unit, including the porch. Pets are not permitted per association rules. Please note the condo is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators in the complex.

The Nest is located in a quiet community nestled among Live Oak trees and Spanish Moss. There is free parking, a tennis court, a large pool, picnic grills and tables. You are in a perfect location, a short walk to the beach, quick access to nearby Egan's Creek Greenway, and minutes from historic downtown Fernandina with unique local shops & restaurants.

The area has so much to offer! Bike through Fort Clinch State Park, go fishing, or take a boat tour. There are many festivals throughout the year including the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival, the Amelia Island Jazz Festival, and the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance.

Other activities nearby include horseback riding, golf & mini-golf, and much more! You are only 40 minutes from Jacksonville, 30 minutes from the airport, and a few hours from Orlando to the South or Savannah to the North.

Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer stay, this condo offers a relaxing retreat. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Fernandina Beach has to offer.

Good property. Exactly as described. Host was very responsive.The suggestions in the welcome packet were excellent. The host supplied a gracious plenty of everything for a 1 week stay( bedding, pillows, towels, cleaning products). Cooking supplies were good as well. We would highly recommend this Host and property.

Awesome condo by great owner

One of the cleanest and most comfortable place I have rented. The big screen in porch provides the tree house vibe. Great location, so close to the beach. The owner is terrific and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Very Comfortable - Fun Week

Loved the pool, new carpet and comfy beds. Nice location with easy drive to beach, historic part of town, and restaurants and grocery. 3rd floor condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful Fernandina Beach Condo

My wife and I spent almost 2 weeks at this wonderful condo. It is convenient to exploring Amelia Island. Beach access is easy. The location is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this condo and owner.
