Enjoy relaxing in a comfortable ground-floor condo, with room for everyone and then some. Take in a view of both the ocean and the shared pool! You'll be just across the street from beach access, after all! You'll be able to cool off after a day at the beach thanks to built-in central air conditioning. The private washer/dryer will take care of bathing suits and towels. The full kitchen features full-size appliances and an extra-long breakfast bar for enjoying meals together. Unwind in well-curated bedrooms - guests of the main bedroom will enjoy access to a deluxe en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Enjoy staying in a home away from home at this lovely condo, where you'll be close to attractions, shared amenities, and the beach all at the same time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place was great!

Great vacation spot

Short walk to the beach, walk out of the unit directly to the pool, Killer Seafood is next door, short walk to get ice cream! Unit was clean and everything seemed to be in walking order! Highly recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well equipped home

The condo was one of the best we have ever stayed in! It had everything we could need. Lots is space to spread out and storage to put our stuff. We had one small housekeeping issue and Vacasa took care of it immediately. Amazing view from the condo.

Lovely Condo

This condo was lovely with a porch that opened out to the pool. Great view as well. Very comfortable and everything was easy checking in. To Manager: you need a kitchen sized trash can in the kitchen. The small one there is a pain to deal with.

Overall very nice property. The only bad was the internet speed was so slow it was unusable with our phones and Amazon firestick. Also the main sofa was very uncomfortable.

Not a happy camper!

At first glance, I was impressed with our condo. It’s convenient to the pool and I thought that would be nice. However, when night fell, we realized the blinds on the living area and the master bedroom are broken and people on the pool deck can see in. Second night there was no Wi-Fi. That was not the fault of the owner, but still added to my frustration. The straw that broke the camel’s back was the third night when I washed towels, wash cloths and beach towels. The dryer was broken! So now I was stuck with wet bath towels and not enough extras for everyone to shower. I spent the better part of the next day trying to get someone to fix the dryer. They never did. So, I cannot recommend booking through Vacasa. If there is a condo at Paradise Shores managed by someone else, that may be okay, but I’m not impressed with Vacasa.

Great place, great location, great beach access. Very clean space. Only complaint is NO ACCESS TO WORKOUT ROOM. In the future - please provide a fob or key. Some folks like to workout on vacation. AND I PAID FOR IT. That’s BS. Thanks

Perfect Location

Sliding glass doors open directly to the pool deck. Just a walk across the street to the beach. A short walk to Killer Seafood, which has the best food around! The property was clean and the staff was attentive. Highly recommended!!

A real paradise!

We had the best time! My Family and I truly enjoy our vacation time in this condo. It was clean, and all the neighbors súper nice. We had direct access to the pool and hot tub. The beach right across the street. I was able to cook delicious breakfast every morning. And we had small restaurants within walking distance as well as ice cream. This is the perfect place for a nice relaxing family vacation. 😊
