Mexico Beach is a hidden gem on the "Forgotten Coast" of Florida's panhandle. Just outside of Panama City, this quiet beach town is a family favorite, and the spacious white beaches have been bringing people back for years. This ocean view home sits on a dead end street with beach access so you are literally just a few steps to the beach. No need to pack everyone in the car or haul beach equipment for miles, just walk right over!

The home itself was recently remodeled, and has a great open layout on the main level. Plenty of seating for the whole family and lots of space in the kitchen for cooking. Out back, a fenced in patio provides privacy and a great area for grilling and outdoor meals.

All the bedrooms are upstairs and each bedroom has a smart TV to access all your streaming favorites. We provide hulu live tv so you can stay up to date on all your can't miss shows. Strong wifi is provided throughout the home as well. The first guest room has a great view of the ocean and gets fantastic light in the mornings. The second bedroom is a twin over full bunk room for all the kids. The master bedroom has it's own full bath with a walk-in shower. It also has a great balcony with sliding doors - perfect for watching the ocean while sipping your morning coffee.

Once you leave the house there is tons to do! Check out the little shops in town, grab some great local seafood, search for shells at Shell Island, play some golf, or even venture further down the panhandle and visit Port St. Joe or Cape San Blas.
