This ocean view condo is approximately a 3 minute walk to the beach.
The condo can sleep 6 adults and 2 children.
There are 2 bedrooms with full baths, a bunk cove in the hall, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and guest bedroom has a queen.
Complex provides a pool, hot tub, and grilling area and elevator.
Condo is located across Hwy 98 with convenient crosswalk directly in front of complex.
Other amenities include:
6 beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, fully stocked kitchen with all cookware needed, washer and dryer in unit, WiFi, smart TVs, cable and Keurig coffee maker.
Parking: one private parking space beneath unit and parking lot for additional vehicles. Elevator located in complex.
-No indoor smoking and NO PETS allowed on the property-
These rules are strongly enforced.

Absolutely loved our stay here - comfortable and everything easy. Easy walk to beach, carts to bring our things up, elevator when needed. Oh, and the kitchen- fully stocked, just like home- everything you need should you wish to cook your own meals. James Parks was the perfect host with quick response the few times we had questions. Comfortable beds, cable TV, we will definitely be back, Thank you James!

We will be coming back!!!This was our first time at Mexico Beach and love the laid back, family vibe. Very nice condo! Seems like it’s brand new or perhaps a couple years old at most. The condo is laid out thoughtfully making it Spacious. There is a massive kitchen island and all cooking gear. Bedrooms are a A with comfortable beds and a spacious primary bathroom. The living room is perfect for the family to chill. In fact, it looks better in person than the pictures. The beach is a block away, but easy to access especially since the host provides you with beach chairs, umbrella, and 2 wagons to haul it to the beach.

The place was lovely! Well equipped even for this cook! I had everything I needed to make awesome seafood and fish dishes. Looks just like the pictures. Close to the beach and Shell Shack where you can buy fresh gulf fish and shrimp.

Fantastic Place

This place was exactly as described. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone. Hated to leave early because of the hurricane. James was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had.

Overall. Everything was great, well stock kitchen. Love the deep bathtub, love having the elevator and cart to bring our items to condo. Underground parking. Great Host.

We absolutely loved the condo! Loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony. Beds were comfy and everything we needed was there, including crackers for the crab legs from Shell Shack! It was a great week!!
