Could of been better

In my opinion… when you stay in a condo for vacation, you expect it to have accommodations and a clean updated area. The door was broke upon arrival, the slider balcony door had SO MUCH SAND in it, it was a nightmare to open and close. When the wind blew, the door to the bedroom whistled extremely loud too. The washer and dryer had a mildew smell that made me not want to load clothes in them.. the dryer didn’t dry the clothes well at all.. and washer stunk to high heaven even after throwing a cleaning pack in it. We had sand EVERYWHERE, and the vacuum was broke and would not suck up any sand.. it didn’t even have a power button.. it was broken off the vacuum.. the broom was severely old and frayed and wouldn’t clean up the sand at all either. The sheets had terrible piling to the point when I first was getting in the bed I thought it was sand …. The air system was on an automatic sensor system.. so Everytime we turned the air down.. in 15 minutes it would go BACK to 74.. which was EXTREMLY hot. The condo for sure I will no rebook due to the lack of updates, cleanliness and accommodations. The only positive thing I can say.. there was an updated TV and decent comfy bed. Overall.. vacation is a luxury.. and it should feel as so. A few small fixes to this condo would have made it SO MUCH better of a stay. Emerald beach resorts and vacasa are so great .. but this condo was not. I’ve stayed a few times with emerald and this was so out of character for their condos.

Perfect getaway

The condo was perfect! Amazing view, gorgeous beach, close to all amenities. We didn’t rent a car and never felt like we needed one - fabulous restaurants in close walking distance. The home was clean and beautifully furnished. Would definitely return!

Our stay in PCB

We had a wonderful vacation at PCB! The condo was amazing with beautiful views and awesome amenities! The condo was well cared for, clean & had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Everything you need in one place

Awesome location, walking distance for coffee, lunch, ice, and groceries. Condo staff was always happy and welcoming. Definitely booking here again.

Marvelous

Very easy to reserve. Extremely easy check in. This property was extremely clean. It was furnished beautifully. Wifi was greatly appreciated. There was a fantastic selection of TV channels. We enjoyed it so very much.

Cleaning lacked and the code wasn’t correct.

This resort was very dirty. The baseboards weren’t cleaned in a long time. The sheets had little black hairs all over them. The washer was so musty. They did not leave any dishwasher pods or soap. We were only given two rolls of toilet paper. Luckily, we packed our own. The code was incorrect to get into the place. We called Vacasa and they told us someone would call us back. We stood outside the apartment for about thirty minutes and no call back. We had to call them again. It was quite disappointing since we always use Vacasa. Also, Emerald Beaches would not help us gain access to the apartment and we were told we had to call Vacasa again.
