This beautiful condo is on the 18th floor of the Emerald Beach Resort in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. It has one bedroom and two full bathrooms (the master bath has a Garden tub), comfortably accommodating up to 6 people (only up to 3 adults). The condo has tile floor and recently updated furniture and appliances, such as sofa bed & love set, refrigerator & dishwasher, microwave oven & washer/dryer combo, TV (55" at the living room), king-size mattress, outdoor dining table and chairs, outdoor Adirondack chairs, Keurig-style coffer maker,.....

We had a wonderful stay at the Emerald Beach resort. The property was lovely, had plenty of room, and fairly well appointed. Our host was excellent regarding communication and very responsive to inquiries. There was a slight issue with humidity in the unit, but certainly not surprising given it’s beachfront property. It’s a good idea to empty the humidifier once or twice a day. We would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed the ocean view but only one small closet in the master bedroom was disappointing for six people. Towels to use at the pool would have been nice. The manager was very responsive and timely.

Great stay

The property was clean & loved sitting on the balcony as watching the waves. Furnishings were nice & well cared for. The located is close to many restaura ts & not far to Pier Park. I would recommend this property as the owner was excellent to communicate with us.
