Enjoy Emerald Beach Resort's renowned convenience of private gated parking (two vehicles per reservation), multiple pools, a tiki bar, fitness center, game room, and outdoor game area. Take in the beautiful Gulf views and direct beach access with two beach loungers and an umbrella on the resort's private beach, complimentary during your stay (chair service unavailable 11/1 - 3/14). This condo has been updated as of January 2022 with all new furnishings and decor, fresh paint, and new appliances. Relax in all the comforts of home with two TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, and luxury bedding topped with plush feather down duvets. This condo was exactly as stated on the listing, very clean, it had everything we needed, spacious, rental chairs were incuded, great view of the beach, and a very short walk to the water. The elevators were clean and worked great, we walked to restaurants and a convenience store, they had music at the bar, karaoke, bingo, a gift store, ice cream and hamburger on site. Not sure about the pool we never made it. Will stay there again.

Condo was great, location was great. Unit had everything you need. Elevators were a challenge at first but once you figure it out not too bad. We would stay here again!

Beach bliss

Property is beautiful and clean, exactly as pictured! It was very easy to get in contact with the manager, they respond within minutes. Beach access was perfect, load up your things and hop on the elevator right outside your door- click B and you’re a few steps away! It is so nice and the view from the balcony is amazing.

Loved the view

The room was great and very clean. The only issues we had were that it took too long to go up and down the elevator. And the pool by the beach was too crowded on the 4th. We came down around 9:30 am on the 4th and all of the chairs by the pool had towels on them and no one was sitting in them. Only a handful in the pool. There were several signs that chairs could not be reserved but this wasn’t enforced.

Great place

It was a great place to stay. Had a balcony that over looked the ocean. Great location with a parking garage. Everyone there was very friendly. I would stay at this location again next time we are at PCB!!

Just Right!

A great place to relax and enjoy the beach as a couple or family. Beautiful view, great rental, amazing admittedly's and the location is perfect. We would definitely rent this place again.

Fantastic Stay!

Absolutely everything about our stay was excellent! Property was exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room for the three of us, all of the furnishings were clean and comfortable (and a beautiful style!), and the ocean view from the balcony was AMAZING. We would definitely seek out this resort & specific condo again!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo in a perfect location. Very clean and had everything we needed to spend a week. The host, Liv Vacations, made the booking process simple and their staff was very professional and quick to respond to questions. My husband and I have stayed at Emerald Beach Resort once or twice a year for several years now, and Nans Nest is by far our favorite condo. I will definitely book this room going forward.

The view was amazing!

We would be honored to stay at this location again....everything was perfect for just the 2 of us! The jetted tub ~ who needs the hot tub ~ awesome! Can't say enough about location most everything we enjoyed was within walking distance. And our charter was just 15 min drive. The pool and bartenders we great and upbeat! Nan's Nest was very mood calming beach blue, warm and inviting.
