The spacious primary bedroom offers a king bed with stunning ocean views, while the second bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed. A twin-over-twin bunk by the entrance and a sleeper sofa in the living room add flexibility for extra guests.

The best place for kids and adults

I loved this condo! It was truly so amazing staying here! I would love to book again for our annual beach vacation this was one of the best ones I have found and the people are incredibly nice and professional

We’ve reserved with emerald the past 7 years. This is one of the first condo that I’ve been too and the restroom and bedroom door actual lock. It was very clean! We had extra towel all over the condo which we loved but we didn’t use all of them. The view was perfect!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying with Blue Swell and at Emerald Beach Resort. Experience with Blue Swell was great and would definitely recommend this rental company and this particular unit. The resort overall was good. It’s a super busy resort (expected in PCB), so bring your patience. Not sure we would stay at this particular resort again simply due to crowded direct beach access (people would go out and stake “their claim” very, very early in the morning and then not even show up to use their tent/umbrella etc. until much later in the day, which in my opinion, is just rude.)

Emerald Beach Resort is definitely a popular spot, so the busy atmosphere is expected, but we totally get how early “claiming” of beach spots can be frustrating. Having stayed at numerous places in PCB, I expected this one to be top-notch, but really fell short. We paid a good amount and it was really lacking. The kitchen is sparsely equipped with mis-matched pans, lids, or no lids for some cookware; Teflon skillets that were so scratched we couldn't use them (should have been thrown out and replaced long ago). Nothing matched, so it looked like they stocked everything from a thrift store. This unit is in serious need of repair (chipped cabinetry, screen door completely off the track, paint (baseboards and walls); living room furniture and pillows are soiled and stained; two living room chairs that take up enough room for a full size couch and swivel, which out large scratch marks in the wall. I could go on….One entire set of elevators (four), do not work. I read reviews from October that complained of this, but I thought - well, it’s June so they will be working. No. They don’t work. One set of elevators for this entire very large building!! If you try to go up or down beginning at 9:00am, good luck. We walked 14 FLOORS with four small kids in tow. It was hot and it made everyone mad. We weren’t the only ones frustrated. Some people trying to checkout or in around 10:00am stood there 40 minutes with a full large luggage cart and family waiting. Awful. People staying on The Wyndham side had to use the Emerald Resort elevators. You will experience this traffic jam around lunch, too. We won’t be staying here again.
