Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Mills Cottage. We've been renting this place for about 10 years. This year there was a cituation where we needed extra nights and the rental company was very accomodating.

Great Location

Guys we're going on a charter fishing trip and this was a last minute booking due to friends AC unit had been struck by lightning 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Short walk to beach access. It looked much further on map. Ladies that were hosts were absolutely great from phone booking, checking in and helping lwith questions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My week long stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. I was able to be near extended family staying in near by accommodations with their small children while having my own private space. While I was able to cook my own meals there were also plenty of excellent restaurants near by for dinning out with my family. Since my family focuses on fishing this part of the island was an excellent location for surf fishing. I even caught a fish myself I would rate this rental overall as a 5!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very small property. The picture of the outside suggested we were renting the whole house, not half of a duplex. That was what we wanted however the bathroom was especially cramped. 2 people could not be in the bathroom at a time. The queen bed creaked loudly with any motion. My main complaint was the cost. Less tha $300 rent for three nights but the multiple fees added on brought the total to over $700! Advertising a low rent and charging additional fees this high is unacceptable. I would not rent this place again.

This is clean, simple, well located cottage for 4-5 people.

This property is very well located in Atlantic Beach and close to the beach and other attractions. It does not have a dishwasher but I didn't mind washing dishes. It is small in comparison to other big units but it works out well for those looking for something that is affordable and convenient. I really can't say anything bad about the property because it met all my needs. It is well decorated, organized, clean, and all utilities work well. The shower and toilet are close together and there is not much room to spread out in the bathroom but the hallway has plenty of space to store things such as toiletries, towels and other things that you may bring with you. The beach is just two blocks down the road with public access and plenty of public parking. You can drive in the beach if you have the correct permit and go fishing.

It has been beautifully updated but hasn’t lost it’s charm! Has everything you need for a wonderful stay at Atlantic Beach! We will be back to make more memories!
