This historic bungalow is within a mile of Downtown Eau Claire's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 10-minute drive from the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 1-minute walk from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. With it's newly remodeled modern decor with a historical reminders. this house is full of character and amenities. The property is uniquely located next to UWEC, the city bus stop, the Chippewa River and the city parks and bike trails. This exceptional property boarders UWEC and close to downtown. It’s central location makes it easy to plan your visit.

Everything was clean and cozy. Excellent location. Close to campus and Water St but so quiet! Host is easy to contact and helpful. Now I know why it is so hard to find a time when it isn’t reserved!

Lovely place, fresh, clean, new, well stocked. The clock next to the main door doesn’t seem to work. We tried replacing the battery, but it didn’t help. We stayed two weeks and could have used a few more bars of soap. But these are minor issues. Everything else was amazing!

RAW 180 mile bike ride

The property is beautiful and in a nice and quiet location. The only negative I have is the cleaning fee. 175.00 was pretty expensive for such a small house. Otherwise, I loved it,

Perfect little spot

Campus close, clean cozy, quiet. Host is easy to communicate with and the property is in excellent repair. Will rent again.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here with our infant and it was set up perfectly for a small family. I was nervous that it would be loud with it being close to campus but it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay.

Great property in a central location

The house, despite its 1900 origin, is like new. Located only a block from UWEC, it was surprisingly quiet. Access to downtown or the mall is very easy. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage. Our only complaint was the heating. It worked, but was pretty noisy and had a hard time maintaining a consistent temperature. Still, we were very pleased with the rental and would recommend it for a family.

Perfect

We stayed for 4 weeks and really felt at home. They anticipated our every need.. and more! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, grilling dinner, and living like a local. The area is close to everything and walking the neighborhood is a delight. I recommend it highly!

Eau Claire Bungalow

Wonderfful location in a beautiful neighborhood with historic homes, right next to campus, walkable to downtwon, watter street, river walks, fun restauratns, etc. New construction-very comfortable! Loved my stay. I will return.
