SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed | Bedroom 2 - California King Bed | Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed | Bedroom 4 - 2 Twin Beds | Additional Sleeping - 2 Folding Beds, 1 Graco Solano Crib | All the Beds have Memory Foam Mattresses on it | Our place sleeps up to 10 comfortably.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: Please note the check-in (4 PM) and check-out (11 AM) times. We accommodate requests for early check-ins/late check-outs (Subject to availability).

Great stay for the family and our dog. Beds were comfortable and enjoyed that there were multiple TVs so we could enjoy our downtime during our visit. Location is in north Las Vegas, nice to connect to the off strip casinos and see life away. Host was quick to respond to any questions during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was quiet. The home was comfortable. It’s about a 20 minute drive to the strip, but that was fine with us. The host was very responsive. One of the bathroom tubs was a little dirty, but overall the home was clean and well cared for.

Home worked out great for us, was in town for a convention and didn't want the hassle of Freemont or the Strip. 15 min drive downtown when needed.

Fun, spacious house

We had a very nice stay at this property. It was clean, well equipped and very spacious. Large rooms with high ceilings, a good backyard and large driveway. The games make it great for a family; pool table, foosball and Pac-Man. Communication with the host was easy. We would stay again!

Excellent VRBO

It was our first time staying in Las Vegas, and we absolutely loved Bariz’s property. The house is in excellent condition, well maintained, and very close to parks, shops, and great restaurants. Bariz was great with communication, and answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this VRBO if you’re staying in the area.

AMAZING!!!

This VRBO was a home away from home for our first visit to Vegas. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated! The hosts were super easy to contact and so kind. The neighborhood and surrounding area was very quiet and easy to navigate. We were not far from the Vegas strip which was nice! We cannot even begin to express in words how happy we were with this VRBO choice!

Overall a nice property that is reasonably equipped and in a good location for Northern Las Vegas. Be aware that there is an additional $10 a day charge to set the thermostat lower than 78 degrees.

Quiet and Spacious

This home had everything we were looking for. Our family spent a week. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and the layout allowed for us to have our own spaces. Home was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, the games were a fun plus. We ended up needing an extra night, and Bariz was great and communication was fast which we appreciated. Recommend highly.

Lots of space in this house. Owner responded to questions as promised. Beds are not full box springs and mattresses - if that is important to you looking for a property. Comfortable enough. Easy 25 minute drive to the strip area. Many area restaurants and shopping.

As advertised spotless and nice

House was great and host even better. Prompt and easy to work with. Property is exactly as advertised. We were an older 4 person group in town for the Mint 400 not here for the Strip. House is located very close to stores and anything needed. It was great for our purpose. Meaning simple grilling at the house and early nights with early mornings.

Great house and great location in North Vegas!

We had some Christmas travel delays and didnt get to the house until 130am. When we arrived the house was really cold (for us) and i text them asking for it to be turned up and they responded 2 min later. I actually heard the heater kick on before I saw their response that they turned it up! Amazing customer service each time i had a question! Didnt have any issues and would stay again! Thank you!!!

70th Birthday Getaway

The house was fine, in a convenient enough location. We found Aliante as a quiet casino very nearby. We found our trips to the strip and to Fremont St very easy to navigate. There was plenty of room and obviously stocked for staying renters. Plenty of food prep necessities, and all were in good working order. Pool table nice addition. We did not get the chance to use the hot tub. The property owner / manager was communicative, checking on us throughout the days leading up to and during our stay. I did not do a lot of comparison shopping but the price seemed a tad high.

Average house, 20 min from the Vegas strip.

Was staying for 7 nights. Average house, 20 min from Vegas strip. Neighborhood and area was fine. House was not clean, found messy house, floors, game room and backyard. Mattresses need to change, in 2 bedrooms mattresses was just 6 inches memory toppers put on base, was too hard to sleep. Another 2 bedroom mattresses was ok. Overall I can give 3 stars.
