Stay at this unpretentious and spacious 2 story, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in a wonderful North Las Vegas neighborhood! Easy Self Check In with Digital Lock. Kitchen is equipped for cooking so let your inner chef come out to play! Just remember to clean up after :) Large Master Bedroom with King Bed and Ensuite Bath. Both smaller bedrooms have comfortable Queen Size beds. Upstairs laundry room. Small backyard patio with BBQ (Guest responsible for Propane). 2 Car Driveway. Individual AC and heating units in every room. Dining table seats 6. Supermarket, drug store, restaurants, dispensary and shops all within easy walking distance! Sorry no remote avail for garage. You can use the garage but you'll have to use the button on the wall to open and close the garage door.

Host was easy to communicate with and house was clean and in order and host was upfront about repairs made that still needed paint touch up! More enjoyable then staying on the strip with a child!

The place was clean. Neighbor hood it is in is noisy. Place is near stores, restaurants, etc. TV's in each room. i would stay again. Felt Safe. I would rent agin.

This place was amazing

It was a chill neighborhood and after the a/c kicked in it was amazing. My only wish is the ac was turned on an hour before check in but otherwise. The space was accommodating and fairly priced for the space and cozy to boot.

Great Stay in Las Vegas.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our family of five had ample space and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated the location—conveniently close to attractions yet pleasantly removed from the busy atmosphere of the Strip. It provided a peaceful and relaxing environment, which was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the host was perfect.

Nice place! Easy check in and out. My only complaint is that the carpets need cleaning, and sorta the floors all together. My 1yr olds feet were very dirty from just being barefoot inside.

The house is nice except that the carpets are dirty. Also, the closet in the master bedroom was locked, we were not able to hang our clothes. One portable heater is not working, and the other one shut down. We had a good stay though.

Perfect !

Me and my friends stayed at this property for a long weekend and it has exceeded our expectations! The location is wonderful since it is close to a shopping center and it is super convenient. The house was beautiful and clean, we loved the little notes around the place, they answered any question we might have had. I definitely recommend !

My husband and I stayed here for about 3 days in December 2025 with our two dogs and it was a great experience! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Vegas! Pros:- Nice neighborhood. There was some noisy construction near by, but since we weren’t there all day it didn’t bother us much. The neighborhood itself was pretty quiet.- VRBO was really clean; all the bedding was fresh and the towels in the bathroom were too. - Check in and checkout instructions were clear and posted. Dishes were provided as well.- Lots of space! TV downstairs and in master bedroom as well as board games.- Our dogs loved it! Cons: - Construction would’ve been much more of a downside for us if we were at the VRBO all day. Keep this in mind if you have small children or easily spooked animals.

Downstairs climate was hot and very uncomfortable. As far as the house keeping goes in the master bedroom it was terrible, it was hair in the sick, floors, bathtub and the towels.

North Vegas Sweet Spot

Cynthia was a great host during our stay in her home in North Vegas. She was in communication with us before and during our stay. Her home is in a great location in North Vegas surrounded by many shopping centers. We enjoyed our Fourth of July Holiday weekend traveling, sightseeing, and relaxing with the AC when we returned to Cynthia's home. We were a party of seven and never felt crowded. The dining nook, kitchen and living room was our favorite spots. We enjoyed being away from the strip and exploring other activities in Las Vegas. When we return to North Las Vegas, Cynthia's home will be our number choice. Thank you for being a great host.

The stay was very “Homey”. The decor added a special touch! Heaters in every room was a plus as it got a little chilly at night. The bed in the master bedroom bed was Amazing!!! Note…don’t run the heater in the living room and dining room at the same time. We blew a fuse. But Cynthia got it taken care of right away!!! Overall, we’d stay again!
