Stay at this simple and spacious 2 story, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in North Las Vegas. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Please note this is a VRBO Listing and should be booked through VRBO directly. Easy Self Check In with Digital Lock. Kitchen is equipped for cooking so let your inner chef come out to play! Just remember to clean up after :) Large Master Bedroom with King Bed and Ensuite Bath. Both smaller bedrooms have comfortable Queen Size beds. Upstairs laundry room. 2 Car Driveway. Individual window AC units in rooms. No Central AC/Heat. Small individual heating units can be moved around if you need heat. Dining table seats 6. Supermarket, drug store, restaurants, dispensary and shops all within easy walking distance! Sorry no remote avail for garage. You can use the garage but you'll have to use the button on the wall to open and close the garage door. This is not a 4 star property. If you are picky please do not book.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and easy to find. Has nice appliances inside with AC units to cool the house down. Overall great place, just like home.

Enjoyed my stay Clean, comfortable and close to everything.Weather was extremely hot, would have liked the downstairs area cooler, but 115 feels like 115 Will stay again.

The house was in a perfect location for what we were doing! excellent neighborhood which was quiet and safe! Couldn’t have asked for a better host! We had an issue with the ac and almost immediately got someone to come and fix it. Always responded very quickly! Would stay again if we head back to Vegas!

Great communication with host, air conditioning worked fantastic, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and was easy to get to. This was for a relaxing girls weekend and it was perfect for our low key needs.

Host was easy to communicate with and house was clean and in order and host was upfront about repairs made that still needed paint touch up! More enjoyable then staying on the strip with a child!

This place was amazing

It was a chill neighborhood and after the a/c kicked in it was amazing. My only wish is the ac was turned on an hour before check in but otherwise. The space was accommodating and fairly priced for the space and cozy to boot.

Great Stay in Las Vegas.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our family of five had ample space and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated the location—conveniently close to attractions yet pleasantly removed from the busy atmosphere of the Strip. It provided a peaceful and relaxing environment, which was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the host was perfect.
