PACK YOUR BAGS BABY!!!! Gather your family and friends and head out to the beach..relax, soak up the sun and come home to enjoy games, puzzles or let everyone take a nap then head out for ice cream. Bring your sweet dog and let them frolic as well in the fully fenced in back yard. Most well behaved dogs are welcome but there are size and breed restrictions.
Amenities with the home include fully stocked kitchen with appliances and essentials, gas BBQ outdoor grill, washer and dryer, bed linens, towels and smart TVs with WiFi.
Our game list is expanding!
We have:Wits and Wagers, Codenames,, Headbands, Sorry, Battleship, Othello, Twister, Monopoly, Yahtzee, I Spy, Loaded Questions, Pictionary, Uno, Phase Ten and several decks of cards along with several puzzles.

Outdoor features include fire pit and fully fenced backyard. Dave and I may be out grilling or tending to plants but we keep to ourselves and hope you enjoy the lovely nights under the stars.
The property is close to family owned seafood markets with convenient access to restaurants and grocery stores.

Do you want to go fishing? Bring your boat or kayak; there are 2 public boat launches nearby. Or, head to Myrtle Beach for the day.

*Dave and I live part time in the cottage on the property. You can see the location of the cottage from the photos but we keep to ourselves.

Beautiful place to stay

The trailer was very large & decorated so nicely. It was a short trip to Holden Beach. Everything you needed was provided, even some food! Loved staying here. Will definitely stay here again & recommend to friends and family.

Perfect for a girls trip

Me, my sister and our best friend stayed at this property for the 4th of July weekend and it was absolutely perfect! We where only 5-7 minutes from Holden Beach and it was far enough to be away from the noise but close enough to get to everything! We will be coming back soon!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We booked this property for a too short weekend getaway and to visit our local college student. We arrived kinda late but were greeted on the porch by our host with outside lights on. After very quickly showing us how to use the lock our host bid us a good night and left. The house was very clean, well appointed, had lovely decor, plenty of space to stretch out & smelled great. All of the beds were comfortable with nice bedding. The king felt so nice we looked to see what kind of mattress it was and are thinking about purchasing one. We found plenty of bath linens for our use as well. In the kitchen we found everything we needed to cook breakfast and eat before departing. I couldn't recommend this rental enough if you're looking for a quiet, spacious, well maintained, and friendly getaway. We plan on returning after the first of the year for sure.
