The property includes a new pool with a million dollar view overlooking the beautiful crystal clear Caribbean waters & the 2nd largest coral reef in the world! Enjoy the most amazing sunsets & ocean views throughout the house, relaxing on the deck or by the pool.

House is fully remodeled & furnished with kitchen, dining area, family room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a wrap around deck, pool and lounge deck; with private setting surrounded by nothing but lush green rainforest & breathtaking ocean views!
Stunning ocean views are available from the pool and throughout the house.

1) In case you have a larger group or family, our main 1st level villa can also be reserved to accommodate up to 10 guests, & guarantee private pool & grounds access for all your guests.
2) Dedicated Grounds Keeper: Rest easy knowing that we have a dedicated grounds keeper/care taker responsible for maintaining essential services like your water supply, house upkeep, and pool maintenance, as well as tending to the lush grounds and flower beds. Should you require any assistance during your stay, please don't hesitate to let us know. A rental car is highly recommended to conveniently get around the island. With only a 8-10 minute stroll to the beach, you can quickly grab a water taxi and head to West End or West Bay for some shopping, dining, or snorkeling. You can also hire a driver, catch a taxi, or rent a scooter, motorcycle, 4-wheeler, jet ski, etc.

Once you get to the beach, West End & West Bay are approximately a 10-15 minute walk down the beach.
