Great Vacation Spot

We stay at Treasure Island every year. The location is great due to the lack of traffic and of course, the closeness of the beach. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacay

The condo was just as it appeared online. The appearance was very clean. There was a slight animal odor in the condo. The location was great and right on the beach/ocean. I would suggest the car fee be included in the rental price so you don’t have to go to the office as soon as you arrive. I would also suggest directions for the tv remotes etc. overall it was a great experience and relaxing time with family.

April, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We strive for 5 stars and want all of our guest to have nothing short of a relaxing time! This unit is not pet friendly, we apologize if there was a smell. We will talk with our staff about this. Also as listed, the parking registration is separate from us as the rental agency. Parking registration is done directly with Treasure Island. We will make note of the tv remote instructions! Thank you for the feedback! All our best Rent Relax Vacation Rentals

Good vacay

Everything was good except initial arrival. Code was wrong for door, but called and they were able to correct it within 10-15 minutes. Appears a/c unit is leaking. Called maintenance and they confirmed it was. Said they were going to send somebody to fix but never saw them. Appears to have been leaking for a while. Overall would def stay here again.

Few complaints, but overall decent stay.

When first stepping into the condo, I noticed a strong smell of cat urine. I had attempted to mop the entire condo to eliminate the smell, but once dry, the smell returned. As I was sweeping the sand up in the master bathroom, I picked up the rugs and noticed they were saturated with urine. The bottom of the rugs were completely yellow and some spots were darker than others indicating multiple "accidents" on them. The shower itself has a few spots of black mold beginning to grow. I laid down on the couch in the living room and immediately noticed a strong odor of dog urine. Lastly, the TV in the master bedroom only had access to one channel during our entire stay. While I confirmed the cables were hooked-up correctly and the "Infinity" cable box was working, we were unable to obtain any other channels besides "TLC." However, the beds were clean and comfy! Despite these above-referenced circumstances, the hospitality, ease of communication, and overall experience with the rental agency was seamless. I did reach out to the rental agency after our stay to advise of these issues for the next visitors, but didn't receive a response.
