This spacious and newly renovated single-family home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and is located in Coconut Grove. Indoor area encompasses 1,200 sq ft. Outdoor area is 3,800 sq ft. Walking distance to restaurants, and Downtown Coconut Grove (0.5 miles). Sleeps 5-6. This home is best suited for families and couples as well as corporate travel. Parties and receptions are not encouraged and must be approved by the home owner prior to booking.

Birthday Girls Weekend

Had a great time staying here for my 25th birthday. It is such a cute house and so close to all of the great shopping ab restaurants in the grove. The host was great and quick to respond and offer everything we needed.

Resting place

This cute little house is a perfect budget friendly place within walking distance to Coconut Grove. House was clean and well stocked for cooking. Backyard was perfect for reading or eating dinner. Neighborhood is a mix of run down homes to brand-new or refreshed houses. House is clean, beds are very firm, no washcloths if you prefer them, bring your own. Emily made check in and communication easy if we needed everything.

Bacardi Cup 2023

The house was convenient to the grove, great backyard, 2 queen and 1 king bedrooms. We extensively used the free Grove shuttle to get around and could get picked up at the church 200’ away using the app. We will stay again if available

Ideal if you want a proper "house" walking distance to the Grove. So much nicer than the overpriced condos in the area.

Great Experience, Fantastic Property Managers

I was staying in the Coconut Grove area for a regatta at Coral Reef Yacht Club. Everything went perfectly and we're looking forward to returning again next year!

Great stay!

We loved staying at this house and the host was very friendly. The house was clean and well decorated. Our favorite part was the spacious backyard. It is located near a lot of great restaurants. Look forward to staying here again!
