Beautiful Home in Normaltown

This home is absolutely beautiful! We had everything that we needed to enjoy our weekend in Athens. It was an easy walk to Aqua Linda and The Wing House. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Exceptional Property

We loved the house and how the owner had it setup. Open concept and big bedrooms with king beds. Spotless when we arrived and Brian communicated quickly instructions and answered questions promptly. The location was ideal - 6 mins to downtown Athens. We will be back!

Beautiful Home

Spent a weekend here for our annual girlfriend’s weekend. The description of the home was accurate. The house was spacious with comfortable beds and well appointed. It was located near downtown in a cute neighborhood. The host was responsive, tho we had no issues nor complaints. Loved this house.

Lovely home

Brian was a great host. The location was perfect and the home was lovely. We were just a family of 6 so it was very spacious with ample kitchen supplies. Would be great for a larger group. Lots of separate seating areas to either have some quiet time or socialize. We didn’t utilize the bunk beds but they were rather large for bunk beds. Seemed like 2 people could have slept in each? Would be a perfect home for a game day weekend. But glad it wasn’t!

A+ Excellent

I can't say enough good things about this house. It was perfect for our family of nine. Everyone had a place to sleep and we even hosted Easter dinner for my UGA son and some of his friends and it worked out perfectly. It's a great home for entertaining as the common area opens to the screened porch making it comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and what we didn't have was easy enough to get as shopping is conveniently located near by. Brian, the host, was very responsive and answered my questions. He even went above and beyond when my daughter left one of her AirPods in the house after we left. Highly recommend. We look forward to staying again.

Stunning Home

Pros: great location, beautiful home, furnishings are outstanding, extremely clean, comfortable beds, luxury bed and bath linens, kitchen everything you need, screened in porch, friendly neighbors. Cons: I don’t live there. We all want this beautiful home!!! Can’t wait to return! Management company great to work with!!!
