MAIN LEVEL
The main living level includes a stunning living room and dining room with pocketing sliders to allow for panoramic Gulf views allowing breathtaking sunsets every night. There is a stunning gourmet kitchen that includes a gas range, jura coffee maker, breakfast bar, large island, back kitchen/butlers pantry & pantry.

There are two private guest suites with king beds and full baths ensuites. As well as guest laundry, custom bar w/ seating, and powder bath on the main floor.

UPPER LEVEL
The 3rd floor features master king bedroom with a private lanai, fireplace and a spacious bathroom w/ Toto automated toilet, walk-in shower w/multiple shower heads and heated floors.

On this level is a spacious king bedroom suite along with ensuite bathroom, the study with a queen pull out bed, a full bath and the flex/bonus room which includes a queen pull out sofa bed, custom bar and private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

LOWER LEVEL
Inside the air-conditioned 6-car garage, you'll find a lower-level hangout space complete with a home gym, two large-screen TVs, classic arcade games, board games, ping pong, and more. Plus, the home offers a range of beach amenities, including a beach cart, paddleboards, life jackets, umbrellas, beach chairs, canopies, coolers, beach toys, and much more for your enjoyment.

Four twin cots are available upon request, offering flexible sleeping arrangements that can be added to any room in the home.
