This is the perfect place for you to spend with your BMT graduate. It’s private and secluded gives you and them all of the needed rest and relaxation. It’s 25 mins to base or 25 mins to the river walk. The pool was exceptionally awesome

Very nice property, met host briefly, was very nice, and it is very private, the pool looked nice but couldn’t use it cause of the weather, looking forward to coming again

The home was decorated cute, felt like home, clean, and exactly what we were looking for. We were visiting family and my niece and nephew stayed with us and really enjoyed the pool! The host was great! The communication was top notch..I highly recommend staying here! We will be back! Thank you!!

Rooms are good size and plenty of room, comfortable beds and temperature! We would love to stay again on our next trip! Owner was very easy to get in touch with and very quick to respond! Highly recommend this place! Pool was larger than expected and very welcoming! Overall, this place exceeded our expectations!

Clean place to stay. Comfortable beds! If you will be doing any cooking, the kitchen is definitely a guest house kitchen with only a mini fridge type set up - so be aware. The host was lovely, the guest house was great for what we needed.

Great pool and outside area, good location. Excellent remodeled bathroom in master bedroom.Kitchen quite small, refrigerator quite small, no microwave oven.

I’m not understanding the 6 rating, as our place is well photographed and documented as to what our amenities include, not to mention being price expressly low compared to market price. Additionally, keep in mind when you rate properties to this degree it can be detrimental to small business. We will work to address the items noted, but I thought it was worth mentioning to you for future stats at any shorter rental. Be sure to review the listing in its entirety before booking to ensure it meets your standards. Happy booking!

This was the perfect place to make memories with our water loving grands! The house was just the right size for our needs. The beds were comfortable. The TVs in every room allowed wind down time to be specific to various likings. Two bathrooms made change times quick and easy. Full size stove and fridge along with microwave and outdoor grill made meals easy to fix to avoid going out to eat. AC worked well and the house was already cooled when we arrived. We brought pool toys and floats but they had several tubes and floats inflated and waiting. Even beach towels were provided. The privacy was the biggest plus and quick replies and response time to any questions before, during and after our stay was a bonus. Ask questions and review the offering to be sure it will fit your needs, but it is EXACTLY as they present it. Loved our stay!

The apartment was clean and overall our stay was good. The towels had a slight smell, but they were still okay to use.One thing to keep in mind is the parking situation. There is no close parking space, as the apartment is located behind another property. The area could also use more lighting, especially at night.The swimming pool did not have any lights, so if you are planning to enjoy the pool late in the evening, it may be difficult to see once it gets dark.The kitchen is very basic and fairly small, approximately 4 x 6 feet. The apartment has two bathrooms. The master bathroom does not have a door, and the second bathroom is quite small.Overall, we had a good stay. I would recommend that the host consider adding more lighting around the property and pool area. Other than these few things, everything was good.

Regarding the towels, we pride ourselves on a clean and welcoming space, so definitely plan on addressing that with our cleaning crews. Additionally yes, the kitchen is kitchenette sized as noted in our listing. Definitely want all guests to ensure the space meets their needs ahead of booking to avoid conflicts with expectations versus what you get in the space. Regarding parking, when you park you’ll see two side walks. Yours is the sidewalk on the right (facing the sidewalk), which leads directly to your door. We’re on a big lot so it is about a 2 min walk to your door. Happy travels!
