This paradise gem 1 bedroom 1 bath is located on Siesta Key midnight pass! It’s a ground floor condo with a pool, garden, patio, and a very short walk to the gorgeous beach.
Located at Sea Winds on Midnight Pass Road and super close to Stickney Point Road bridge so you can leave the island to the mainland Sarasota avoiding traffic in no time.
From your location get out and go explore! Sugary white Crescent Beach is a 3-5 minute stroll across the road along with many other beaches within short distances. Walking distance from the condo 5-7 min you have the Famous Captain Curt's Crab & Oyster Bar, Claytons Grill, Toasted Mango Cafe, Big Water Fish Market, Orange Octopus, Crescent Club, Daiquiri Deck, Jake's Ice Cream, coffee shops along with many other restaurants, a fun village, fishing, water rentals, a 7-11 and drug store all within short walking distance(this is just to name a few).
Sea Winds is across the street from Hyatt and Sara Seas Resort. It is a quieter area than Siesta Village (about 3/4 down the strip) and has less traffic. Free trolley runs the strip to get you wherever you’d like to go!
This unit has ceramic tile throughout, an enclosed backyard/patio/garden for lounging, bbq for grilling and privacy. New AC, new cabinets, and granite counter tops in the kitchen along with a new ceramic top stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room includes a queen size sofa bed and love seat. The building is equipped with a laundromat,

Close to the beach, trolley stops, and Restaurants. Included some beach supplies, AC and WIFI worked. Instructions were clear. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed using the pool. 5/5 for us.

Steps from Sunsets, Sips, & Shops!

Cannot brag enough on this place & the Host! The location was absolutely everything to us. We were in walking distance from several restaurants, tiki bars, a grocery market, shops, the beach, & trolley stops! Even with all of this, it was a calm & peaceful area where we felt very safe. Could not have asked for a better location!The host had beach chairs, coolers, & umbrellas ready to go which was super nice since we flew in without!! The condo was extremely clean & the bed & pull out sofa were very comfy. Also appreciated the privacy of the outside patio area!We did experience one minor hiccup with the bathroom sink. I messaged the host & before I knew it, there was a plumber knocking on the door to fix it & was out in minutes!Host also messaged us ahead of check-in time to let us know the place was clean & ready for us whenever we wanted to check-in!!Will definitely be coming back!! Thank you so much for such for making our family vacation such a wonderful & relaxing time!!!!!!

We had an absolute blast while here! The property is just as listed online and was the perfect little get away spot for the week.The host was awesome! Everything was conveniently with-in walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get away at the beach!! Will definitely be coming back this time next year for sure!!

Super location, old property

Location was excellent and as described. Walk basically across the main street and access road to a beautiful beach. The property was prepared, easy to get in, and at first glance tidy, however I tried to secure the blinds and sliding door which were not shut and found that only the wood dowel rod at the base of the door was securing the slider. The door base/groove was filthy with rust and crusted dust, and I saw a large roach scurry in from the patio into the interior from the door crack while I was trying to shut it. (Door did not close fully and had a 1/4" gap). It's the tropics and ground floor, so I tried to not freak out too much, but did see one more roach before I left so this was a bummer. The toilet broke when I arrived and I had to flush by filling the tank manually. Was fixed within 24 hrs. The host did reply to toilet issue but I had to wait for the plumber. Not the relaxing beach stay I wanted. Host declined my request to refund a night's stay for the toilet problem. No comment from host on roaches.

Anniversary Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and the beach decor was perfect. We used the pool several times, as well as made the walk to the public beach. With the sleeper sofa, it would easily accommodate four people. When reaching out to the host, responses were quick and informative. The proximity to two of our favorite SK restaurants, The Toasted Mango and Big Water Fish Market, was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, clean & convenient!

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this property and we cannot recommend it enough! It was very cozy and welcoming. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless. The pool area was also very clean and well maintained. The property is quiet and a great place for relaxing! The beach was only a short walk away and they provided a lot of beach gear: Umbrella, chairs, coolers, even sunscreen! Its conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, markets and nightlife. There is even FREE public transport (trolley & Frog hopper) which made exploring the area a breeze. The attentive and responsive host further enhanced our stay with providing us with all the essentials you may need during a vacation. This property exceeded all our expectations, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Great stay!

Me and my girlfriend had a great time. The location is near where we normally stay with family so we are familiar with the area and enjoyed every minute of the vacation. The condos were quiet and it was very clean. We would recommend this location for the price, absolutely!

Everything about the property is exactly as described!! Stephanie and Andre could not have been more helpful with any and all questions we had. The kitchen is fully stocked and very functional. The location was perfect for us. We definitely will stay here again.

Nice place

Wonderful landlords - blow dryer was missing and within 2 hours there was a brand new one along with some bottled water and some hair product on the porch - wonderful back yard sitting area very clean and spacious unit-beach is an easy walk also many restaurants and bars within a stones throw !
