Mosquitoes in the house

We stayed in this house. Upon arrival on a Sunday the garbage cans were overflowing and stunk to the high heavens. I called on Monday about the mosquitos that were in the kitchen and bedrooms. The person told me they would call me back and let me know if somebody was going to come out. On Wednesday I called again and left message about all of the mosquitoes that were coming in through the windows. No one ever called me back either time. I am super upset that we paid our hard earned money and there were mosquitoes inside the home. I took pictures and would be more than happy to show however decides to call me back.

Wonderful location

Great place! 5 stars! The only two things…. The pool loungers are broke and the master TV wouldn’t turn on. Location was great! Condo was great! Everything worked and was so close to the beach

South Siesta Key Gem

Wonderful condo in optimal location to enjoy the south end of Crescent Beach. Walk to Captain Curt’s, local market, Toasted Mango, etc. Easy access to the Breeze or Frog Hopper shuttles to enjoy Siesta Key village. Hope to be back sooner than later

Great location-near Point of Rocks

The condo was great! Had everything we needed from cooking stuff to towels. Very close to beach! Would stay here again!

Loved the Holiday House!

We stayed for 6 nights and loved it. Easy walk to beach and fishing. Quick and easy drive to anywhere we wanted. AC worked well, clean property w kitchen and everything needed. Food and shops within walking distance.Smooth easy transaction all the way around. Will definitely stay here again when back on Siesta Key!!!

3 night stay

We loved how close beach access 13 was to the condo - a short 2 minute walk and then majority of the walk was through sand so it wasn’t helpful to use stroller . It was very cool to go to point of rock beach which can be accessed by walking around the sea wall at low tide (at beach access 13) we found so many awesome seashells and there were cool rock formations to view. The kids loved the pool but it wasn’t the cleanest. However fine for all of us to swim. The screened in porch was great but there was a hole in the screen which let in mosquitos. The tv volume wouldn’t work and the door lock needed to be fixed but the company was prompt in fixing both . Overall it was a nice stay and we had a great time!

Loved this place!!

We were so pleasantly surprised by how nice this home was. It was really clean, had a great pool, and was only 2 mins to the beach. The only thing they could’ve used was a few updated beach chairs and an umbrella that wasn’t ripped. Everything else was great!

Overall very nice experience

The location of this unit and setting are great. Be sure to read the notes about what is provided and what is not. We had to do a store run for basics like soap and there were a few small cleanliness issues. However, the quiet of the neighborhood, the unit overall, and the proximity to the beach made it all worth it. I would definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful

This place was very clean, close to the beach and has plenty of room. Also the shower head was messed up and they had someone out to put a new one in less than an hour. I highly recommend.

Great Place to stay in Siesta Key

The location is beautiful and we slept very comfortable in the King size bed in the Master bedroom. I would rent it again next year.....

Perfect location

We loved staying on the southern part of the key and using the free trolley to visit The Village, Drum Circle and Patriots Pier or even Turtle Beach. The unit was clean, very spacious. The pool temp was heated to 83 very comfortable for a dip. We only used the master bedroom, so not sure if the twin beds are comfy. There are some shared beach equipment you can use, toys, boogie boards, wagon and very low small sand chairs. Laundry room that is shared but awesome to have it. Was a great two week stay.

Exceeded expectations!!!

My husband, my mom, and myself booked this property for 6 days as our "Christmas" gifts. This property is wonderful! 100% returning on our next visit to Siesta Key. The house is 4 units, we stayed in unit 4. The house was spacious, updated, extremely clean, provided all amenities that were needed. They even had laundry rooms and beach items for use. Private pool area with lounge chairs and 2 grills were a bonus. The walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes, the area is quiet, and the parking was convenient. Close to alot of restaurants and shops as well. No complaints :) The booking/check-in process was a breeze and Christine from the management office even called us during our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. Thank you for the awesome stay!

We had a great time, and it was a great price and pretty comfortable for the 5 of us. The topper for the cot was a little large, so my brother fell off the bed around 3am. That wasn't great. He wasn't hurt, but it woke us all up and it took a little time to get back to sleep. Might be better for 4 adults instead of 5.

Property was clean with updated kitchen and two full baths. Great location, easy access.

Good communication with property manager from start. Comfortable king bed, second room with twin beds not so comfortable too soft! Lots of updates but still a few needed ie: sliding glass doors to patio hard to open, outlets in both bathrooms did not work- for hair dryer use- but we made do. Location and space served its purpose for the long weekend. Would rate a 4.0

Lovely place, convenient location- fun for family!!

We had a perfect stay here in Siesta Key with comfortable beds, darling pool and beach chairs for your convenience. The two bed rooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our needs with adult/teenage daughters. The property is very well managed and we experienced extremely prompt response to our questions. Lovely!!

Spacious, Great location, responsive host, needs improvement on cleaning

Great location and property with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very open with plenty of space and the two bathrooms are newly updated and work well. Check-in process was last Minute and automated right at 4pm. The instructions were not clear on the Key Pad to press the SCHLAGE symbol on the top portion of the key pad to activate. After 5 minutes of entering the code and it not glowing, figured out by a lucky tap that it was required. This should be clearly listed in the instructions for gaining access. Host was responsive on access issues and an iron that needed to be replaced. The dishwater needs to be replaced in Unit #4. Mold was all over the racks and inside. The heated dry does not work, leaving excess moisture and mildew/mold. Not very sanitary! Host did acknowledge dishwasher issues and gave extra towels and was very easy to work with so I’d go back as these are Maintenance issues that can be resolved.

Very satisfied

No complaints here. This place was as advertised. It was a very close walk to Point of Rocks. They provide so many beach items like chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Laundry room was nice. Pool was great with plenty of seating and lounge chairs. We even used the grill next to the pool. Very safe neighborhood. The kids loved it. We would definitely book with them again.

Christmas Vacation

Great location, just a short walk to the beach or even to restaurants on main st. Clean and comfortable. The door lock battery died while we were there and maintenance was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the area!
