Welcome to your very own oasis! This property is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the sun! Located in such a prime location near many stores including a large variety of restaurants to dine out! Near golf courses and not too far from major cities. The house is completely sanitized after each stay. Downstairs offers a great wide open concept to relax and spread out. Bedrooms are privately located upstairs. Smart TV app access only(using your own accts)/no cable. Sit outside on the green turf or cool off in the spacious pool!

Home was in nice condition to allow us time to relax after day of golf. The back yard was very nice to sit and enjoy. Would stay here again.

Two night stay

We stayed two nights and was just great very clean and a great location for us. We would’ve have booked for the following week but was already booked. Great communication with the owner. Very pleased with with our stay

Great

Great location, close to everywhere we wanted to go. Great host. Backyard was beautiful….the hammock was a favorite! Plenty of space for everyone. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Good location to get to family gatherings in the Surprise. Sliding doors and windows could use some maintenance in order to more easily enjoy the good weather.

Great family stay!!!

The house was very clean and accommodating. The owner was very attentive and communicated great. We had a blast and all amenities were available for our stay. We definitely would recommend this property. Made us feel like we were at home.

Slice of heaven !

Layout was wonderful extra spices that you don’t think of were there. The beds were very comfortable. Pool and back yard relaxing. Wish it would have been warm enough to swim. We will definitely be back.

Spring Training

This property is very centrally located. Lots of restaurants, and fun things to do Property had all the amenities needed and Gina was an amazing host. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location, comfortable stay.

Locations was excellent as food, groceries, coffee were just a short walk away. Also very convient to baseball stadium where as we came to watch some ball. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Very enjoy and we are hoping to make an annual trek to Surprise for the Spring baseball tournament.

Great Communication!

Gina was awesome to work with we had a later game and she was able to help accommodate us so we could get a shower before our flight. Thank you, Gina! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place!

This place was perfect for our visit to my grandparents who live in Sun City. Great location with respect to Sun City West. Comfortable beds. Nice that one room was set up with twin beds for my kids. My 89 and 92 year old grandparents were able to get out of the house and visit with us in the back yard on the porch. A nice change of scenery for them where they could interact with my kids while they played. Plenty of space for our 3 generations to stay. Would book again!

Great place for Arizona visit

My husband and our 2 kids stayed here in mid March. Very clean property. The beds are amazing and I slept really well every night (which never happens on vacation). We wish they had a grill for cookouts. Also the pool was too cold to swim in since its March and it doesn't have a heater. All in all, we found this place to be a great fit! Would stay again!

Nice property

Nice clean property. Communication with manager was very easy. Master bathroom needs to be updated. Surprised that there was only a single cup coffee maker on the premises. Had to borrow a coffee maker from a friend since there were 5 of us staying at the house. Overall, very nice stay.
