Checkout Bandera’s Market & Deli for breakfast & lunch, and Woolfies for all your bakery needs. Other great local spots include Chapins, Cleat & Anchor, Southside Cantina, Wooden Shoe, Three Seasons Tiki Bar and Pelham House that are close by for a fun night out in the heart of the Cape.

Great location, clean house, excellent communication. I stayed with my two brothers for the weekend and it was close to restaurants and easy to find. Nicest outside shower I’ve ever seen on the Cape!

Nice little bungalow for a family stay

The house is nice and about .7 miles from Sea Street beach. I would suggest the host add some beach basics -like an umbrella and maybe a boogie board-, as well as ensuring that the kitchen has bowls, decent sized coffee cups, etc.

Mikes bungalow is a hidden gem

If your looking for a great place to stay in the Dennis area look no further than Mike's bungalow. Great little place within walking distance to the beach and Joeys pizza the hot dog shack and others.

Long weekend stay

If you know the Denis area, then you will love the location of this cute beach cottage. Walk/ ride your bike to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream shops! Michael the cottage owner was quick to respond to messages and the house was adorable and really clean.

Family of five 3 night beach stay

Kids loved the bungalow and its outdoor shower. We loved the location- on an alley not a Main Street but 2 minute walk to delicious pizza and hotdog restaurants. 3-4 minute walk to seafood restaurant Chapin's with great outdoor space/kid friendly and bandera market with delicious sandwiches. Little long to walk with kids and gear to beach so we drove 2-5 minutes to sea glass beach (my kids favorite) and west Dennis beach (great seashells, more seaweed) from here.We had sound machines so no problem but just fyi no doors on rooms. Rained all second day so we explored Chatham 20ish minute drive.

Dennis bungalo experience

The property was lovely with a large outdoor shower. The location was perfect for us. We had room for all of us. Although it has a galley kitchen it wasnt the best for small meal prep. We were surprised that the owner rescheduled the the occupency time to 2pm then changed it to 4 pm due to cleaning lady issues. We were in Dennis at 2pm..We had to call for the code several times. Then there were no small trash bags, coffee pot, non working k-cup brewer(we brought ground coffee. Sheets and towels provided were beautiful. My grandson was crawling and continually got baack feet tops. No explanation on how to use TV or appliances. It would be nice to have a 3 ring binder outlining rules, places to eat and visit. Popular beaches and eateries. Instructions and codes. The owner was very attentive to any need we had. But communication would be s.oother if wi-fi code was gived at ti.e of payment on receipt or clearly included in a notr in the co.municstion book. Thank you for the opportunity my family and I had to visit the cspe this summer. The bungalo was an older ho.e/c
