Step back in time to the historic Southwest Harbor dance hall featuring the original maple hardwood floors and high ceilings. Just a block from the harbor enjoy strolls along Shore Rd. with breathtaking views of Somes Sound! Acadia National Park is right outside your door with a 5-minute bike ride to Seawall and the beautiful walking trails of Wonderland and Ships Harbor, and a 10-minute drive to Echo Lake Beach and Bass Harbor Lighthouse. Just 2 minutes to town and 20 minutes to Bar Harbor.

Clean and stocked with all needed amenities

The apartment was clean and stocked with all needed amenities. The owners responded immediately when we needed help and had questions. We had a lovely vacation. Its a great location to explore the South West part of MDI.

Our stay in mansett village

Had a wonderful stay at Elly’s and Scott’s place in Mansett Village, a quiet area just down the road from Southwest Harbor. The 2-bedroom apt wonderfully appointed and spacious, with high ceilings and an open feeling. It was the perfect size for our 4-person family. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and they seemed to have thought of everything a renter would need, as the apt was well furnished, and had great wifi strength. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks fir a great stay.

Wonderful stay in Southwest Harbor

Everything you need for a nice quiet vacation. All the conveniences of home, washer/dryer, kitchen with all the pots/pans/utensils, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. Outdoor grill and patio and a fire pit for night time. Everything clean. We like Southwest Harbor for the ”quiet side” of Acadia but still only about 20-25 (or less) mins to most attractions Would highly recommend this Apartment and hope to be back again soon

Great stay!

This property was clean, spacious, and easy to check into. We appreciated that there was laundry onsite and enjoyed getting coffee both mornings in Southwest Harbor. Would stay again!

New listing, great experience!

The apartment is brand new and well furnished. Even nicer looking than the photos could express. High ceilings, quiet neighbors, some relaxing outdoor space. It was just two of us, but the space would be great for up to four or five people. We cooked several meals throughout the week and the kitchen had everything we needed. Elly was communicative and checked-in over text through our stay. Location was perfect; we wanted to be on Quiet Side and we were just a few minutes from great hikes, freshwater swimming and the hot new burrito place that we went to twice. We would definitely stay here again.
