Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 2nd floor apt. Sleeps up to 7. Less than 1.0 mile to CASV, 1.6 miles to SUNY Oneonta & Hartwick Colleges and downtown bars/stores/restaurants. Beautiful. Clean & Bright. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable & well appointed 2 BR w/additional queen sized memory foam pullout sofa & twin daybed. Workspace/desk separate from living spaces. Wi-Fi. Flat screen TVs in BR & LR. On site laundry. Continuous hot water heater. Small private deck with seating & BBQ.

Please Note:
We follow the baseball schedule at Cooperstown All Star Village from June through August and require a six night rental. We do not book for seven nights during the summer; check in and out dates follow the CASV schedule. Should Cooperstown All Star Village modify their dates, the checkin/check out dates will change accordingly. The weeks with the checkin and checkout dates are as follows:

Loved this rental and experience

Craig and Mindy are the best hosts—timely with communication, considerate of check-in and check-out. The place was clean, comfortable, and a wonderful stay for our son’s Cooperstown experience.

Amazing Property

Our stay was perfect. The property was exceptionally clean when we arrived and very well kept up in general. The neighborhood and surrounding area was great as well. I would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

Could not have been happier with our VRBO experience!!! The beds were comfortable, it was spacious and had everything we needed and more for our stay! We had our son playing in a baseball tournament and it was three minutes down the road. It was so convenient!!! I would stay here again and highly recommend this rental!!!

Baseball Tournament

Very much enjoyed our stay at this location. It was very close to the All Star Village making it very convenient to get to our son’s games or grab him for a bit between games. The accommodations were very comfortable and the owners extremely hospitable.

Great for week at CSAV

This was a great location to CSAV, lots of places to eat within walking distance, and close to the main area of town. The apartment was clean & had all the amenities we needed. The communication with the host was seamless with quick responses. I’d highly recommend this for any small family heading to CSAV!

Convenient access to ASV

We stayed here for our son’s Cooperstown tournament. It was super convenient to restaurants and the fields. We were within walking distance to the fields and enjoyed the property.

The listing for this is completely accurate. Very clean and the owners were easy to deal with -- answering a few of my questions promptly. Highly recommend for baseball families playing at Cooperstown All Star Village!

This apartment was perfect in location to the Cooperstown All Star complex. Craig and Mindy were wonderful hosts and had great communication. The apartment has everything you need to cook and save some money on food. Being pet friendly allowed us to bring our new puppy as well. If my daughter plays again next year, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks again!

Cooperstown Stay

This was the perfect location for our stay for Cooperstown All Star Village! Craig and Mindy are the most welcoming hosts, making sure we had everything we needed as soon as we walked in the door. Big bonus for us was the onsite laundry and full size kitchen. We hope to be back again!

Convenient and easy

The location was perfect with our son playing at ASV. We could easily come back between games. Craig and Mindy really tried to think of guests might need and stocked the apartment. They are really easy to reach if you have questions. We would recommend this property.

Amazing property minutes from All Star Village

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and only a walkable half mile from the All Star Village. Lots of food option close by and a few minutes from downtown Oeneonta. The owners were responsive and very pleasant and I can not recommend this property more. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay!

Great property and location

This was a great condo with all amenities and located very close to the ball fields. If you are elderly or can’t do steep steps, perhaps you would be happier elsewhere. I would also say the washer and dryer situation was not good. The units were in another building, old and one unit was not working. If you need to do laundry, I would suggest using the laundromats available in town.

Thank you for the review. We’re sorry that you found the building’s first floor laundry room not to your liking. While the machines are older, they are commercial washer/dryers units which wash/dry very well. Unfortunately, it looks like someone had hit the panel and it malfunctioned. We are replacing it. Great location for All Star Village

We stayed here for my son's tournament. It was a great location, a 3 minute drive to All Star Village. The apartment was exactly as pictured and had plenty of room. The apartment had everything we needed, even a shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower. It was very clean and in good order. And the mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable, we had the best night sleeps! Also, the brewery right down the block was a great place for a drink and tacos. We will definitely recommend this apartment to friends who will be going up next year and the year after.

CASV week 13

We were a small group of baseball parents spending the week watching our kids play at the Cooperstown All Star Village. This apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked for our needs. It was conveniently close to the CASV grounds making it easy to go back and forth between games. The hosts were easy to communicate with and readily available (not that we had any issues or needs). I would highly recommend this accommodation, especially for baseball parents.
