The neighborhood is calm, quiet and peaceful, home to many permanent residents, adjacent to the golf course and a very short drive from Cooperstown All Star Village baseball resort.

Guests will have full access to the entire house, yard, patio and garage.

This home comfortably fits 6 adults. We can also accommodate a toddler and/or baby and provide a toddler cot and travel crib.

You'll want a car to get around Oneonta. There are grocery stores, restaurants, bars, gas stations, outdoor activities and much more all within a couple of miles.

This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with close neighbors who value peace and privacy. Out of respect for the community, we strictly enforce no street parking (park vehicles in the garage and driveway, max 3 vehicles) and ask that guests keep noise to a minimum at all times—especially outdoors and during evenings.

No parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. This home is best suited for guests looking for a calm and relaxing stay.
