You like to experience a very quiet, relaxing and romantic atmosphere? Great...!

We are located at the East coast of Paros- the quieter part of the island. Distance from the main port (Paroikia): only 25 km.
Our very quiet area, called Pyrgaki, is nearby to Drios-village. We are living in only 1 km distance to Drios center (1o minutes walk), with 7 restaurants, 2 open-air bars and a supermarket.
You will live at a private ground of 8000 square meters, surrounded by pure nature: 120 olive trees, also fruit trees, wine-grapes, …
Walking distance to the sea: only 80 meters, and you walk only 150 meters to the next small, cozy and `private-like´ beach.
Walking to the famous huge Golden Beach: ~ 30 minutes: The small, car-free path is always besides the sea. (Longer) driving: about 3 km.

The apartment (25 square meters!):
* Separate, spacious apartment with own, separate entrance: it is like a small house!
* Private outside space for your use only: enjoy the sea view!

Nice property with good privacy

Very nice property with good privacy and located at a calm part of the island. Highly recommended if one's intent is to avoid big crowds and have a relaxing place to return to after a long day. Driving times to some of the most popular parts of the island are generally between 10 min (e.g., Chryssi Akti) to 45 min (e.g., Marcelo), which is reasonable. There is also a by-the-sea trail that goes all the way north to Chryssi Akti and passes through the village of Dryos - this is about 30 min walk (at a relatively fast pace). The trail does continue south as well, so walking/running there can be a nice early morning / evening activity. The hosts are very sweet and accommodating. Their dogs' greeting was also particularly enjoyable for us. Overall, very nice experience.

She is an excellent cook (I try to lose weight since 10 years, but...hmmmm...) and gives cooking lessons.

Kay:
He is a professional advertising and portrait photographer and Facebook advisor.
He is offering special Paros events, too, like star gazing, island trips, photography trips and workshops, wine tasting and others.
He will help you renting vehicles, booking boat trips around other islands and knows all of THE restaurants and bars on the island.
Kay knows Paros since 46 years and will support you to become a local...
We are basically from Germany and live on Paros since 15 years constantly.
Our life-style: happy, quiet, honest and eager to come to know nice people who enjoy our paradise...
Until now we didn´t use a booking platform and rented only for friends and their friends.
As we are very busy especially in summer, we took VRBO, to reduce our work.

Anka, Lara & Ronda, our 3 dogs who love everybody. If you play ball for hours with Lara, she will be ready to marry you right away...
