Single-level home with no steps!
Main bedroom with an en suite
Three bedrooms & two bathrooms with a private pool in the backyard!
The pool is not heated. Propane grill for outdoor cooking, screened-in patio for enjoying the beautiful weather bug-free, and steel tip darts for fun and competitive entertaining!
The dining room has seating for 6 people and the kitchen has an eat-in high top table. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you need to feel at home with granite counters and stainless steel appliances!

Sleeping arrangement for up to 8 guests (6 Adults maximum)
Main bedroom- 1 King
Second Bedroom - 1 Queen
Third Bedroom - 2 Twins
Air mattresses provided are 1 Queen & 1 Twin

Children are allowed, however there are no added sleeping accommodations I can provide outside the existing bedrooms. For example, I do not have a portable crib or pack n play.

Parking: Two small vehicles can fit in the garage & you’ll have two more spots on the driveway. No Street Parking.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case-by-case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 6am (HOA/noise-sensitive neighbors, no parties or loud events)
Creepy Crawly Pool cleaner must remain in the pool at all times.
No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available for your use.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.

The house was great. It had everything we needed. It’s located near gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores which is nice. However, the outdoor patio and pool area needs some improvement. The concrete, the privacy walls, the outside of the house, the patio furniture and outdoor umbrella—almost everything looked like it needed to be repaired or replaced. It was a little disappointing because that’s where we were wanting to spend most of our time.

Perfect Place
