Mesa Serenity Oasis

You will absolutely love this beautiful, two level, four bedrooms, that all are on the 2nd floor, 2 1/2 bath home! The flooring throughout is stunning! Beautifully decorated, and in the quiet family oriented subdivision of Red Mountain Ranch. You will absolutely love the feeling of the quiet neighborhood, but yet you are only about 1 mile away from all the services you would need: plenty of shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and fast food. All of the furniture and bedding are all brand new. The house has all new linens, towels, silverware, and utensils, along with a fully stocked kitchen. Entrance to the 202 freeway is approximately 2 miles from the front door and can put you anywhere you need to be in the entire state. No problem parking as there is a three car garage and plenty of parking on the driveway also.

The backyard is very quiet and private. It offers a nice pool with a waterfall feature. Next to the beautiful pool is a putting green along with an area you can chip off of down onto the green. There is an extra cost of $50 per day for heating the pool to cover the cost. (Please request the optional pool heat after you book and we will add that to the booking… to heat the pool It usually takes a couple of days prior to arrival so we would need to heat the pool for the entire stay) The pool heater is electric and electric heaters are not as efficient as gas heaters. But during the coldest months we can’t guarantee 83° as the preferred setting. There is a four burner propane gas grill to prepare food so you can enjoy a nice meal outside at the table on the covered patio area. We have just installed a brand new six person spa with a Bluetooth speaker built-in so you can relax and enjoy the backyard even more!

Inside the home there is a seating area with a large screen TV by the kitchen. There is also another seating area in the living room, and there is also a den with a foosball table and another TV. All four bedrooms are on the second level. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom and is on one side of the house while the other three spare bedrooms are on the opposite side with a full spare bathroom for those to share. Please note we do recommend purchasing travel insurance just in case any issue should arise.

Friends/family getaway

Two families with older kids (9 people total) came to golf and relax. This house had everything we needed. House was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area was nice. Restaurants nearby were wonderful. Golfing in area was exceptional. Questions were answered in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

Serenity

Spring break, visiting friends and family residing in Mesa. Back yard is amazing, a few minor maintenance issues however an overall great place to stay. Spacious and lots of different things to do at the home, allowed us to want to spend more time in home rather than touring area. Most definitely will return. Felt it was slightly overpriced but not enough to deter us.

Great location

Was in town for a wedding at the country club. Great location and a nice staging area for the groomsmen before the stsging area. Only complaint would be the hottub wasnt the cleanest but we wiped off the sides and called it good. Would definitely stay again.

Spring Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The property managers were very helpful and booking was easy. The atmosphere is outstanding, very well kept and clean, a relaxing getaway home. Lots of amazing scenery & things to do close by. I strongly recommend booking this location for your next stay in Mesa!

House for family in town for big family wedding

Excellent experience, great value for our trip, water feature timer in pool was set a little late for our use however all I had to do is call and I know it would be changed, drinking water filter needed changed, but was no big deal breaker. We had an awesome time!! We hope to come back

Beautiful quiet house

This was a new listing so without any reviews to go on, was a little nervous. Expectations were greatly exceeded! Well equipped and beautifully furnished house on a quiet residential street. Communication with Anna was top notch and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding an early check in. Private back yard with heated pool, hot tub, putting green…we enjoyed it all. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds…really just an A+ all round. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for Salt River fishing and golfing

We enjoyed our stay and had good communication with management. We were one of the first renters and had a few bumps that were quickly resolved. When choosing the house I failed to notice the bedrooms were on the second floor - it was difficult for our elderly guest. The pull out couch on the main floor was very appreciated, as was the hot tub, for that guest. I would recommend.

Terrible Experience

My family and I had the worst experience at this rental. On the first night we had to call the cops on the neighbors across the street. The neighbors had a domestic dispute outside and we heard the commotion and looked out the window concerned. The neighbors noticed us and began to yell at us. They threatened to break the windows and the lady crossed the street (in her underwear) and rang the door bell multiple times and banged on the door. I know that this was out of the owners control, but we called both Ana and Mark multiple times regarding the issue and we even sent them a text message letting them know we called the cops and they never responded. There were also several things wrong with the house. No lights in any room, just dim lamps on each corner. Three rooms didn’t have TVs and the master bedroom TV was broken. Master bedroom shower never got warm so 6 of us had to share one shower. There were no fans in any room. There is a putting green but the putters were broken so we couldn’t use it. The pool was made of pebbles or some type of rock that was eroding and falling to the bottom of the pool making it unsafe to swim. The dryer didn’t work. Water from the dispenser tasted dirty. The home wasn’t clean, dishes in the cabinet and drawers were dirty, pillows were old and falling apart, and the toilet upstairs kept clogging. Back door has no blinds and it faces a major street so people can see inside. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable the entire stay.

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The communications with the manager(s) were prompt and helpful. The house was beautiful and appointed with everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and utilized often. We would stay at this property again and would recommend this property to all.
