Flip Flop Inn is a luxury home that’s tucked away on a peaceful and quiet street in the city of Homles Beach. This Mediterranean-style townhouse is perfect for families that want to enjoy their Anna Maria Island vacation in style. The main level entrance is bright and airy, giving a great first impression. That impression only improves when you walk upstairs to the main floor and dining area. There you’ll find a inviting kitchen, fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and even some extras. Blender, toaster, coffee pot/Keurig, and a crockpot to name a few. This level also includes the following sleeping arrangements, queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 4 twins beds as bunk beds With 4 TV’s and cable/WiFi on this floor there’s plenty of space to lounge and enjoy.
One the next level you’ll find the primary bedroom. A suite with a king bed, 43’ flat-screen TV, and a lounging area complete with sofa. Just off the bedroom you’ll find and extra room with a futon and TV, providing extra sleeping space. This Holmes Beach home was recently upgraded with new amenities, beds, paint, and furniture.
Just outside you’ll find a private, heated pool as well as other amenities to be enjoyed. A shaded poolside lounge, grill, outdoor wet bar, and a mini fridge. For “game time” there’s even a Pop-o-Shot game, as well as beach equipment. Make use of that beach equipment, as the beach is only one and a half-blocks away some of the island’s best beaches. This home is also walkable to the HB Tennis Courts, HB Skate Park, Pickleball courts, basketball courts and Keyes Marina.

If you initially paid with an eCheck and received the booking incentive, please remember future payments must also be made with an eCheck. Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
