House was perfect for two families

Well appointed comfortable beds short walk to beaches. Pool and hot tub a plus. Check in process easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, Grand kids loved the pool

Great property. Plenty of room. Close to everything. Grandkids lived in the heated pool and walked to beach every day.

The house was pristine and well equipped including beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to carry beach items. Pool clean and plenty of chairs around the pool. The only disappointment was that the beach access was 3-4 blocks from the house.

Great time, great place. Nice location close to everything. Pool was cleaned twice a week that is nice. Just please figure something out with the sliding door to the pool: the door with the handle doesn't work, but the other door that is working doesn't have a handle (it was very inconvenient to use it). That was frustrating

Nice stay

Beautiful spacious home. Nice kitchen. Lots of clean towels. Loved having washer and drier available. Kid friendly. Nice bedding and pillows. Check in was so easy with the door code. Small walk to the beach. Pool had a lot of debris from trees. We contacted the pool company and they said they no longer cared for it. We cleaned it ourselves.

Beautiful home but not a single home

The house is roomy and really pretty. It was not clear to me that this was not a single house l. It is connected to another home. The utensils, cookware need to be updated and we could have used more linens. The family staying next store had two dogs that barked all day and fought with each other. They were super noisy. Nice place to stay if you don’t mind noise and the potential for barking dogs.

Great location but needs some updates.

The property was in a great location, clean and comfortable.The downside is the pool and SPA. They turned off the heater and since it only warms up at a half degree per hour we could not use it for the first two days it was to cold. The SPA was even worst, although they list it as a SPA and Hot Tub you can't run the jets when the heater is on, in fact the blower didn't work at all and had to be replaced. Rent for the location but not the Pool and SPA. Josh

House could use extra trash bags, paper towels, paper plates and plastic cups for the pool. The yard could use extra dirt and mulch around the fence for small dogs. We had to use the pool furniture to block the fence gaps. Furniture and fixtures were okay. Missing towel racks and toilet paper holder in hallway bathroom. Very clean interior but plates were chipped and pots left a lot to be desired. We will look for another property next time.

A little disappointing but location was great

Cons: No broom at all-$1 mop in house-toilet tissue was sandpaper cheap-( bring your own)- extremely limited pots/pans of low quality cheaply made-pool is smaller than what photos indicate-very limited area outdoor with no covering for outdoor dining-walls in house extremely THIN can hear everything from other rooms and the other half of the unit. Unit needs maintenance for ceiling damage and paint on cabinets worn-limited den seating-tiny outdoor rocks arent ideal near pool-umbrella was broken-extremely limited towels, washcloths etc Pros- Excellent location for restaurants- ac works great until about 10pm then goes to 75 with programming which was frustrating. Soundbar was nice on den tv. Would NOT rent this again

Disappointed. At arrival there was a strong musty animal smell and the house was dusty and very dirty. I found bugs in the silverware drawer and found dirty dishes with old food on them put away in cabinets. Both King mattresses have large stains. One mattress pad was dirty and one was clean. Pool heater stopped working, property management company passed it off but finally sent pool company to look at it and pool company said something got turned off when the power went out earlier in the week. The pool company reset it but the indoor switch still didn’t work. We had a friend teach us how to set the heat on the unit itself. The kitchen is pretty poorly equipped outside of plates bowls mugs and glasses. The nonstick pans have deep scratches and the handles are almost all loose. A lot of dollar store utensils. The pool and beach equipment closet was locked the first few days until someone came to look at the pool. Mold in one shower, slow/clogged drain in tub. Overall pretty disappointed and feel that the listing was misrepresented.

Great Getaway

Our family enjoyed the pool and the fun pool toys that we were provided with this rental. Nice pool towels. Great gathering area, with granite counter tops in the kitchen. The bathroom/bedrooms were clean and updated.

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our family. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pool and spa were wonderful and included were lots of beach and pool toys. Great vacation.

Had a great time

The home worked well for my family of six adults. The home was clean and the space was as described. It felt beachy- loved the decor. Plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed the spa and pool, along with the short walk to the beach. Small things I did not particularly like: I thought the Sonos system meant we could play our own music, but could only choose from a list - no big deal. We were too busy doing other things. The spa needs a less complicated running system. If it just had an “on/off” button, that would help. Large open kitchen/dining/Livingroom area provided many wonderful family gatherings and meals together. All family members enjoyed their time here. Hosts were responsive always and friendly. Would definitely rent from them again.
